Objective:To combine with development of skin care for clinical nursing, researching status of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis, constructing and using the questionnaire for the knowledge, attitude, practice in clinical nurse.Aimed at masting cognition status of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis in clinical nurse and the current situatus of nursing by management department. To provide important reference for effective training of specialized subject, help improve nurses’ ability, provide important basis for constructing standardization of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis.Method:1.Literature reviewing was used to survey and analysis about the status of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis by questionnaire.2.Combined with literature, through two Dlphi methods was used to constructing the questionnaire for the knowledge, attitude, practice(KAP) in clinical nurse about Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis.3.130 nurses in hospital was enrolled the survey on initial questionnaire for forming the final questionnaire, through the methods, such as Alpha coefficient sindex, retest reliability, content validity (CVI/S-CVI) analysis, factor analysis, etc.4.The questionnaire was used to investigating and analysising the knowledge, attitude, practice(KAP) in clinical nurse about Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis from 208 nurses in hospital.Results:1.By researching status of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis, display incontinence is now at a rate of 5.39%, Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis is now at a rate of 2.41%, of which Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis accounted for 44.69%. The mild (77.23%), moderate (20.79%), severe and fungal infection accounted for 0.99%. Of which unconsciousness accounted for 84.16%, unmobilizable patients accounted for 81.19%, double incontinence patients with IAD accounted for 62.38%, although different types of incontinence, but IAD are based mainly mild.High incidence age of= respectively 90,80-89 and 89-70 years old. High-risk areas for groin, perineum anus, week and inner thighs. High-risk mainly for ICU department, emergency ward, neurosurgery, neurology, elderly, respiratory, etc.2.Establishing the knowledge, attitude, practice(KAP) in Clinical Nurse about Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis questionnaire which contain 3 dimensionalities (knowledge, attitude and practice),26 items through Delphi method and statistics.Using Likert4 grade evaluation method, the questionnaire of knowledge dimension for a total of 13-52 points, attitude dimensions 7-28 points and practice dimension 6-24 points, total score is 26-104 points. Through factor analysis, extracting three factor, total cumulative contribution rate was 59.274%.3.The total CVI of questionnaire was 0.969, and 3 kinds of dimensions:knowledge, attitude and practice between average values of CVI swings between 0.95-1; total alpha coefficient was 0.889, three dimensional alpha coefficient was 0.889,0.879 and 0.884; Retest reliability was 0.837.4.The total score of the questionnaire was 71.83±8.47.The mean score of knowledge was 31.86±4.81, the mean score of attitude was 24.99±3.50 and the mean score of practice was 17.98+3.25.5.Different characteristics of clinical nurse know incontinent dermatitis about knowledge, attitude, practice:5.1 Age:over 40 years of nurses’knowledge, practice and total score low from age 20 to 25, 26 to 30 and 31-40 of low scores,one-way ANOVA analysis, multiple comparisons (LSD SNK test)P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5.2 Working years:11-20 years of nurses’knowledge, attitude and practice score higher than 1-3 years,4 to 10 years, over 20 years,one-way ANOVA analysis, multiple comparisons (LSD SNK test) P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant5.3 Degree of education:knowledge degree scores of graduate are higher than undergraduate and post scores,one-way ANOVA analysis, multiple comparisons (LSD SNK test) P<0.05,was considered statistically significant.5.4 Title:clinical nurse total score lower than a head nurse, group to group T test P <0.05,was considered statistically significant.5.5 Work department:high-risk department nursing personnel each dimension score and total score high differences, group to group T test P<0.05, was considered statistically significant.5.6 Wound colostomy incontinence team members:Team members from the group members within each dimension score and total score high differences, P<0.05. And into the group of 4-5 years knowledge score higher than in group of 1 year and 2-3 years, one-way ANOVA analysis, multiple comparisons (LSD SNK test) P<0.05, the difference was considered statistically significant.6.Pearson correlation analysis shows that knowledge, attitude and practice dimension scores were significantly positively correlated, attitude and practice dimension scores were also significantly positively correlated, but the questionnaire in clinical nursing knowledge and behaviors lower scores in the questionnaire total scores.7.Multiple regression analysis showed that wound colostomy and incontinence panelists attitude because this variable P<0.05, the variable was statistically significant. This variable functions and behavior due to P<0.05, the variable was statistically significant. Conclusion:1.In 2014, the prevalence rate of Incontinence and Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis in a Chinese Medicine hospital of Nanjing area were low,5.39% and 2.41%,but incontinence in patients with higher proportion of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis which give priority to light for 44.69%. Of which unconsciousness accounted for 84.16%, unmobilizable patients accounted for 81.19%, double incontinence patients with IAD accounted for 62.38%, although different types of incontinence, but IAD are based mainly mild.In mainly for ICU department, emergency ward, neurosurgery, neurology, elderly, respiratory, etc, high incidence age of≥ 70 years old for anus week, groin, perineum and inner thighs.2. The questionnaire for the knowledge, attitude, practice(KAP) in clinical nurse about Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis with good reliability and validity, that can be used in the clinical investigation.3. Nurses in Hospital Urgent need the knowledge of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis and nursing interventions. The questionnaire shows that nurses’knowledge and practice ability needs to be improved. It also shows that updating knowledge, improving the cognitive were important. Relevant departments should also pay attention to the current situation of incontinence and Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis. Carrying out targeted training, improving nurses’ skills and formulating standardized nursing methods of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis. Thereby, the occurrence of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis can be reduced.
