Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer Due To Syndrome Of Deficiency And Cold With Jiawei Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Used By Professor Shanzhaowei

Objective:This study discusses the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in clinical applications, such as research, provide clinical basis for the old Chinese medicine experience side to treat the disease.Methods:Select deficiency and cold type 75 patients with peptic ulcer. The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the Chinese traditional medicine group of 45 patients and the western medicine group of 30 patients. The Chinese traditional medicine group was given Jiawei Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction treatment, and the western medicine group was given lansoprazole and almagate suspension treatment. After 8 weeks, the treatment is ended. It is needed to summarize the efficacy, quality of life and safety indicators.Results:Jiawei Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction can relieve more significantly the symptoms such as chilly, abdominal distention, diarrhea, sigh and plump tongue than the western medicine (P<0.05). In the stomachache, belching and acid regurgitation, anorexia and removal of HP, two groups have the same effect (P>0.05). Through the treatment, there were apparent significant difference in the clinical effects. There were 5 cases recovered fully and 36 cases improved in the traditional Chinese medicine group, while the improved cases and invalid cases were 4 and 0, the curative rate and total effective rate was 91.11% and 100%. While the western medicine group,2 cases recovered fully and 16 cases improved obviously,12 cases improved and 0 cases were invalid, the curative rate and total effective rate was 60% and 100%. The effective rate from raditional Chinese medicine group is clearly superior than the western medicine group (P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine group is superior to western medicine in curative effect quality of life score comparison (P<0.05). The two groups were not adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion:Jiawei Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction is Professor Shan Zhaowei based on years of clinical experience to form a reliable efficacy of prescription. It can alleviate patients’ clinical symptoms and improve the life quality of the patients in the treatment the Syndrome of Deficiency and Cold of PU. It is worth to promote.
