| Objective:To observe mentor experience side Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction andin the treatment of treatment of the deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach chronic urticaria,observed before and after treatment in patients with peripheral blood CD4 + / CD8 + levels change, and itsmechanism are analyzed.Methods:60 cases of the deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach chronic urticaria patients randomly divided into treatment combination control group.Treatment group: Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction flavored joint left cetirizine hydrochloride dispersible tablets.Control group: the functions of relieving itching oral liquid united left cetirizine hydrochloride dispersible tablets.Treatment at any time to observe the curative effect of patients before and after treatment respectively detect CD4+/ CD8+ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of change.Results: Treatment after the end of the treatment group cure rate 60%, effective rate was 93.33%;The control group cure rate was 26.67%, total effective rate was 66.67%.Cure rate and total effective rate compared the two groups have significant difference, statistically significant(P < 0.05), after treatment in the peripheral blood CD4+ / CD8+ ratio after treatment than before treatment differences had no statistical significance(P >0.05);Follow-up of 3 months after treatment, the treatment group recurrence rate 22%, control group recurrence rate 62.5%, two groups of comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Modified in the treatment of the deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach chronic urticaria was efficient, high cure rate, recurrence rate is low, its good curative effect, high security.Its mechanism may be related to autoimmunity. |
