Objective Above proteomics level,at the angle of comparison of disease and Syndrome,we observe the expression in protein spectrum of sinus ventriculi’s tissue protein from the gastric ulcer rats with syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach,explore its possible mechanism of Huangqijianzhongtang(HQJZT)curing gastric ulcer in order to offer more advantageous experimental evidence for clinical application.Methods The syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach was induced in rats by compound methods which including rhubarb,exhausting,hunger,and acetic acid.they were randomly divided into the model control group and HQJZD group,each group composed of 12 rats.When the animal model is completed,All the animals were fed by drug or saline for 14 days,and observe the general condition of animals.and the index of immune organs and the activity of GAS and the activity of AMY of syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach gastric ulcer rats with two-dimensional gel electrophoresis(2-DE)and regulatory function of HQJZD.Results ①Model rats with gastric ulcer of syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach were set up successfully.②HQJZD could improve the overall situations and immune organ indexes of all model rats.③HQJZD could increase the serum gastrin and serum amylase in rats with gastric ulcer of syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach,compared with model control group,the increment of which according to the medium dosage group was significantly higher.④HQJZD would adjust the expression level in protein spectrum of sinus ventriculi’s tissue differential protein,which are from the rats with gastric ulcer of syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomachConclusion A mechanism for the prevention and treatment of this disease may be improving the low expression of the protein and reduciing the high expression of the protein. |
