Two Kinds Of Blepharoplasty For Doubie Eyelids Clinical Analysis

Objective:Through blepharoplasty of orbital septum and upper eyelid skin ixed forming method(hereinafter referred to as the modified double eyelid operation)compared with conventional double eyelid operation,clinical application of modified double eyelid operation(the limit of Oriental young women).Methods:To our hospital(Beauty Hospital Yin Shi)double eyelidplasty customers in 100 cases,the customer whichunderwent modified incision blepharoplasty in 50 cases of modified group,routine open customer blepharoplastyin 50 cases for the conventional group,the customer for young women between 18 to 30 years old the conventional group,the average age was(24±3)years old,the average age of the modified group(23±2) years old.The two groups were no mental health,mental illness and organ disease,blood pressure,and activeoperation requirements,normal blood glucose,non pregnancy or menstrual period,without eye infection,nonphysical scars.The 100 cases of customers,no obvious asymmetry(eyebrows activity asymmetry),were ptosis,no obvious disease(amblyopia,strabismus,Department of Ophthalmology, Department of Ophthalmology tumor).Before the operation to the customer and understand the difference of two kinds of operations,the independent choice of operation,operation were performed successfully.comparative analysis of two groups of customerrecords in operation time,blood loss,recovery time,two groups of measured value according to the average and standard deviation,and do statistical analysis;after six months follow-up,postoperative observation,comparative analysis of two groups after the customer supreme eyelid groove,a double eyelid shallow,disappeared,there isno accumulation of double eyelid fold,double eyelid width asymmetry ratio,and do statistical analysis;comparative analysis of two groups of customer satisfaction,satisfaction,satisfaction is not as well as the failure rate,the two group,and do statistical analysis.Results:The comparative analysis of two groups of operation time,the conventional group(1±0.2)h,the improvement group(1.1±0.2)h,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);comparative analysis of the amount of bleeding among the two groups,the conventional group(0.78±0.22)ml,modified group for(0.82±0.23)ml,statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);comparative analysis of two groups of recovery time,the conventional group(15±4)d,the improvement group(16±6)d,statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The two groups were followed up for half a year,the conventional group appeared 21 cases of upper eyelidgroove,no eyelid shallow,disappeared,2 cases of double eyelid width asymmetry,2 cases of upper eyelid foldunder the accumulation of modified group,upper eyelid groove in 4 cases,no double eyelid shallow,disappeared,l cases of double eyelid width or eyelid asymmetry,fold accumulation like.Comparative analysis of two groupsappear on the upper eyelid groove percentage,and statistical analysis,the conventional group 42%,the improvement group 8%,with statistical significance(P <0.05).Comparative analysis of two groups of double eyelidwidth asymmetry ratio,the conventional group 4%,group 2%improved,no statistical significance(P>0.05).The two groups were followed up for half a year.The conventional group 4 customers are not satisfied,10satisfied,36 satisfied;modified group 2 of the customers are not satisfied,8 satisfied,40 satisfied.The statisticalcomparison satisfac-tion,conventional group satisfaction rate was 92%,the improvement group satisfaction rate was 96%,no statistical significance(P>0.05).Very very satisfaction comparison,conventional group satisfaction was 72%,the improvement group 80%,two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 Modified double eyelid operation with routine incision blepharoplasty clinical analysis comparison,modified blepharoplasty is a mature,stable and durable effect,reliable double eyelid surgery.2 Modified double eyelid operation with routine incision blepharoplasty postoperative satisfaction,double eyelidsurgery improved the degree of satisfaction is high,easily accepted by the people.3 Modified double eyelid operation with routine incision blepharoplasty appeared the percentage of upper eyelidgroove,the probability of occurrence of the modified group was significantly lower than the normal group(P<0.05),the double eyelid surgery to perfect the direction of a major step forward.4 Given the modified double eyelid operation is reliable,durable,improved the traditional double eyelid defects,suitable for clinical use,based on suitable conditions,can provide customers with priority to provide this operation.
