| Objective:Basing on the medical records of Professor Guo Lizhong treating common non-infectious chronic diseases(NCDs) in the nearly past two years, using modern computer technology and data mining system, combining with the artificial analysis,to explore the clinical experience of Professor Guo Lizhong treating common chronic diseases, which will further enrich the understanding and therapeutic strategy of Traditional Chinese medicine about chronic diseases, providing chronic diseases prevention and control of Traditional Chinese Tedicine(TCM) with new ideas and methods. Methods:Reorganizing the medical records of Professor Guo Lizhong treating common NCDs during the period of graduate studies, and screening the medical records according to the strict inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, and then with the help of Medcase V3.2 State Medical Membership Pulse Pattern Data Mining System, setting up a database of NCDs with 214 cases(1001times) of records, and using the technology of Frequency Distribution and Strengthening the Association Rule Mining Method, analysising the relationship with the pathogenesis and clinical symptoms, tongue coating, pulse condition, and the drugs. At last, summarizing the result. Results:Among the 214 cases selected of NCDs, there are 95 male cases, while 119 cases of female. Age distribution status:There are 10 cases between 20 and 29 years old, accounting for 4.67 percent;23 cases between the age of 30 and 39, accounting for 10.75 percent; 19 cases between the age of 70 and 79, accounting for 8.88 percent; 10 cases between the ages of 80 and 89, accounting for 4.67 percent; while cases between the age of 40 and 69 are summed up tol 52, which occupy 10.75 percent.Among the diagnosis of these cases, there are 64 cases of cancer, accounting for 29.91 percent, while hypertension 47(21.96 percent), diabetes 40(18.69 percent), chronic gastritis 25(11.86 percent),chronic nephritis 16(7.48 percent).Clinical symptoms distribution status:there are thirteen clinical symptoms appear 100 times or more, such as lassitude(26.97%), intolerance to cold (20.78%), poor sleep(20.68%), abdominal distension and pain(20.68%), frequent micturition(17.78%), phlegm stagnation in the throat(17.08%), more sweat(14.69%), constipation(14.59%), being thirsty(13.49%), soreness of waist(13.19%), difficulty in falling asleep(10.89%), neck stiffness(10.59%), lumbago(9.99%). Tongue manifestation distribution status:tongue manifestations, such as light red tongue, dim tongue, tooth marks on sides, fat tongue, thin white fur, white oily fur, light tonhue, yellow oily fur, sum up to 100 or more.Pulse condition distribution status:pulses such as tight pulse(57.14%), weak pulse(31.67%), thin pulse(30.37%), smooth pulse(23.78%), floating pulse(20.98%), deep pulse(13.99%), feeble pulse(11.99%), occur 100 or more.Pathogenesis: among those pathogenesis which occurs more than 50 times, yang deficiency of spleen-kidney is the most, up to 191, accounting for 19.08%. The ohers are cold and dampness stagnating(16.48%), cold and dampness resistance(14.79%), failure n qi transformation(10.99%), the deficiency of yang and essence(10.19%), qi and blood block(7.69%), zhen yang deficiency(7.59%), yin fire floating(5.79%),zhen yang deficiency and yin fire floating(5.69%), heart-kidney imbalance(5.69%), yang deficiency and qi weakened(5.29%). Drug distribution status:drugs are used more than 200 times, such as Zhigancao, Shengjiang, Sharen, Zhufushen, Zhifupian, Guizhi, Yinyanghuo, Shengbaizhu, Fabanxia, Cangzhu, Baidoukou, Ganjiang, Rougui, Shichangpu, Chenpi, Shengduzhong, Dangshen, Dingxiang, Shenghuangqi.Correlation between pathogenesis and clinical symptoms: some combinations of pathogenesis and clinical symptoms have a high correlation, such as yang deficiency of spleen-kidney and abdominal distension and pain, cold and dampness resistance and abdominal distension and pain, yang deficiency of spleen-kidney and dysphagia, cold and dampness resistance and dysphagia, the deficiency of yang and essence and soreness of waist, failure in qi transformation and soreness of waist. Correlation between pathogenesis and tongue manifestation:yang deficiency of spleen-kidney, which results in cold and dampness resistance, and light red tongue, thin white fur has high correlation. Correlation between pathogenesis and pulse condition:yang deficiency of spleen-kidney, which results in cold and dampness resistance, has high correlation with weak thin pulse, weak tight pulse, deep tight pulse and deep thin pulse.Conclusions:1.Female patients sufferering chronic diseases are more than male patients with chronic diseases; Senile and presenile people whose age is between 40-69 years old have higher morbidity rate of chronic diseases.2.The most common clinical symptoms of chronic diseases are as follows:lassitude, intolerance to cold, poor sleep, abdominal distension and pain.3.Tongue manifestations, such as light red tongue, dim tongue, tooth marks on sides, fat tongue, thin white fur, white oily fur often appear in patients with chronic diseases.4.Pulse of patients with chronic diseases tend to be tight pulse, weak pulse, thin pulse, smooth pulse, floating pulse, deep pulse or feeble pulse.5.The main pathological factors formed in the course of chronic diseases are cold, dampness, phlegm, blood stasis, etc. Among these pathological factors, cold and dampness are most common.6.The most common pathogenesis that Professor Guo Lizhong used frequently to summarize chronic diseases are as follows:yang deficiency of spleen-kidney and cold dampness resistance, zhen yang deficiency and yin fire floating, zhen yang deficiency and yin fire floating so as to heart-kidney imbalance, lucid yang failing to rise and turbid Yin don’t drop, lung qi is not clear and phlegm-dampness existing internally, cold-blood stasis and qi and blood block, cold existing the surface and channel-qi block, the deficiency of yang and essence and failure in qi transformation, the deficiency of yang and qi and lucid yang failing to rise and turbid Yin don’t drop, etc.7.The commonly used drugs of Professor Guo Lizhong curing chronic diseases are Zhigancao, Shengjiang, Sharen, Zhufushen, Zhifupian, Guizhi, Yinyanghuo, Shengbaizhu, Fabanxia, Cangzhu, Baidoukou, Ganjiang, Rougui, etc. |
