To Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of Wenyanglishui Huoxue Soup Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Chronic Systolic Heart Failure Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective To explore WenYangLi water huoxue soup on the treatment of chronic heart failure with Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patientsMethods Diagnosed with chronic systolic heart failure, and60patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, according to the visiting time were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with30cases in each. The two groups were no difference in the western medicine treatment, the treatment group were treated with TCM besides the western medicine treatment. The point of TCM syndrome, N terminal b-type brain natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP) and grade of cardiac function (NYHA classification), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)were observed before and after the treatment.Results In the two groups after treatment in the point of TCM syndrome, treatment group total effective rate was86.66%, control group total effective rate was76.66%. and compared between two groups of curative effect, P<0.05, the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group. Comparing plasma NT-proBNP and LVEF between before and after the treatment in two groups,there was significant improvement, P<0.05. Comparing plasma NT-proBNP and LVEF after the treatmentplasma between two groups,P <0.05, the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Treatment group was improve to93.33%, and in grade of cardiac function (NYHA classification) control group was improve to70.00%,.compared two groups, P<0.05, the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion WenYang Li water huoxue soup has good clinical curative effect on chronic heart failure patient with Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
