Network Meta-analysis Of Clinical Effect Of Six Kinds Of Chinese Patent Medicines Combined With Conventional Western Medicine In Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective: The efficacy of six commonly used Chinese patent medicines combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure was evaluated systematically by network Meta-analysis in order to provide evidence-based medical reference.Methods: Randomized controlled trial(RCT)on the treatment of chronic heart failure was conducted by searching CNKI,Wanfang,Sino Med,Pub Med and Cochrane library.Network Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 16 software.Results: 154 RCTs,15 620 cases were eventually included.The network Meta-analysis showed that Qili Qiangxin Capsules + conventional western medicine had the highest clinical total effective rate,followed by Tongxinluo Capsules + conventional western medicine,Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills + conventional western medicine,Naoxintong Capsules + conventional western medicine,Shexiang Tongxin Dripping Pills + conventional western medicine,Yangxinshi Tablets + conventional western medicine and conventional western medicine.In relation to LVEF,Yangxinshi Tablets + conventional western medicine had the highest rate,followed by Shexiang Tongxin Dripping Pills + conventional western medicine,Qili Qiangxin Capsules + conventional western medicine,Tongxinluo Capsules + conventional western medicine,Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills + conventional western medicine,Naoxintong Capsules +conventional western medicine and conventional western medicine.In relation to NT-pro BNP,the most effective treatment was Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills + conventional western medicine,followed by Yangxinshi Tablets + conventional western medicine,Shexiang Tongxin Dripping Pills + conventional western medicine,Qili Qiangxin Capsules + conventional western medicine,Tongxinluo Capsules + conventional western medicine and conventional western medicine.In relation to LVEDD,Naoxintong Capsules + conventional western medicine were the best,followed by Tongxinluo Capsules + conventional western medicine,Shexiang Tongxin Dripping Pills + conventional western medicine,Yangxinshi Tablets + conventional western medicine,Qili Qiangxin Capsules + conventional western medicine,Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills + conventional western medicine and conventional western medicine.In relation to safety,Qili Qiangxin Capsules + conventional western medicine were the best,followed by Shexiang Tongxin Dripping Pills + conventional western medicine,Yangxinshi Tablets +conventional western medicine,conventional western medicine,Naoxintong Capsules +conventional western medicine,Tongxinluo Capsules + conventional western medicine and Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills + conventional western medicine.Conclusions:1.Six kinds of Yiqi Huoxue Chinese patent medicines combined with western medicines have obvious advantages in the treatment of chronic heart failure,compared to conventional western medicine alone.2.Each kind of Yiqi Huoxue Chinese patent medicine has its own advantages in improving outcomes in chronic heart failure,and the therapeutic effect is different in chronic heart failure.The results of different probability ranking on different indexes can provide scientific basis for determining effective treatment strategies.3.In relation to safety,Qili Qiangxin Capsules + conventional western medicine,Shexiang Tongxin Dripping Pills + conventional western medicine and Yangxinshi Tablets + conventional western medicine are better than conventional western medicine alone.Among them,Qili Qiangxin Capsules + conventional western medicine is the most effective and safe treatment.
