Each Type Of Xiaoke Eye Disease Blood Lipid And Lipoprotein Dynamic Research

Objective:By studying the differences of T2DR patients and healthy people’s blood lipid and lipoprotein (TC,TG, HDL-C and LDL-C), to explore the clinical significance of the blood lipid and lipoprotein for T2DR.Methods:Included128hospitalized patients with T2DR and104healthy people. Recorded basic information of patients and healthy people,the results of funduscopic examination, FFA examination and blood lipids and lipoproteins. The patients were divided into NPDR group (34cases), and the PDR group (94cases). Using statistical software for statistical analysis to analyze the the differences of blood lipid and lipoprotein between T2DR patients and healthy people.Results:1、Health and NPDR group comparison, the differences of TG and HDL-C have no statistical significance (P>0.05);2、Health and PDR group comparison, the differences of TG and HDL-C have statistical significance (P<0.01);3、NPDR and PDR group comparison, the differences of TG have statistically significant (P<0.05); the differences of HDL-C have no statistically significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:TG will rise with T2DR lesion degree aggravating. In the process of T2DR illness development, especially in the process of the transformation of NPDR into PDR, TG may play a certain promoting role.
