Clinical Study On Treatment Of Type2Diabetic And Retinopathy (DR) With Yangyinhuoxue-Tongluomingmu Mixture

Objective: To observe the effect of Yangyinhuoxuetongluomingmu mixture intreating type2diabetic and retinopathy (DR).Methods: The60patients with DR included in this study were all from ShandongUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Subsidiary Hospital endocrinology outpatientand hospital ward. Randomly divided into two groups,30patients were given foundationtreatment, that were on the basis of the Standard diet and exercise program, given thetreatment of Qi Ming granule.The other30patients in the foundation treatment on the basisof giving Yangyinhuoxuetongluomingmu mixture. One process of treatment lasted for4weeks, and8weeks were needed.Results: After clinical observation, treatment group and control group had thecurative effect on lowering blood glucose levels and improving the symptoms ofretinopathy, but the effect of treatment group was much better than the control group（P<0.05）; the treatment group was also better than control group in improvingglycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid, blood rheology indicators（P<0.05）, and no adversereactions occurred in the course of treatment.Conclusions: clinical observations show that, yangyinhuoxuetongluomingmu mixturehad obvious advantages in treating DR, played an active role in improving blood glucose,blood lipid, blood rheology, and no adverse reactions occurred in the course of treatment.It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
