Object: To investigate the incidence and the psychological and social factors of PTSD andprovide guidance for early psychological intervention.Methods: Convenient sampling method was adopted and all the participants that met thestandards were included in the study. We survey400traumatic exposure persons by usingGeneral Situation Questionnaire, Hamilton Anxiety and Depression Scales, SimplifiedCoping Style Questionnaire, Social Support Rating Scale, Defense Style Questionnaire SocialSupport Review Survey, and PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version. Database were establishedby EpiData3.0and analyzed by SPSS17.0. All statistical tests were two-sided and P forinspection level <0.05Result:1.The positive rate of ASD in patients with stress related disorder was4.8%, PTSDpositive rate was10.5%, and the positive rate of AD symptoms was3.3%.2.①The PTSDsymptoms in patients lived in countryside was significantly higher than that in city (P<0.05)②ASD symptoms were significantly different between different trauma types that thebereaved and cancer patients were significantly lower than those in trauma patients (P<0.05).PTSD symptoms of cancer patients and injury patients were significantly lower than thebereaved. Symptoms of ASD, PTSD, AD of the bereaved and injury patients weresignificantly lower than those in cancer patients (P<0.05).③PTSD has increasing trend withthe passage of time (P<0.05); and ASD, AD showed downward trends;④PTSD symptomsamong female were significantly higher than that of male (P<0.05).⑤PTSD symptoms ofbereaved and cancer patients were significantly higher than that in other injury groups(P<0.05).3.①The PCL-C total score, re-experience score, avoidance/numb score, andhyperaousal score were significantly positively correlated with the defense styles of immature,conceal(P<0.01).②The PCL-C total score, re-experience score, avoidance/numb score, andhyperaousal score were significantly positively correlated with the negative coping style(P<0.01).③The PCL-C total score, re-experience score, avoidance/numb score, andhyperaousal score were significantly negatively correlated with the social supports ofobjective support(P<0.01).④The PCL-C total score, re-experience score, avoidance/numbscore, and hyperaousal score were significantly positively correlated with Hamilton AnxietyScale total score and each factors scale(P<0.01).⑤The PCL-C total score, re-experiencescore, avoidance/numb score, and hyperaousal score were significantly positively correlatedwith Hamilton Depression Scale total score and the factors scale of anxiety, sleep, feeling ofdespair(P<0.01).Conclusion:1. High existed prevalence among the bereaved, cancer patients and traumapatients.2. Powerful social supports, positive copy styles and mature defense styles softedPTSD symptoms of trauma population.
