Objective: To investigate the status quo of psychological disorders of post-ICU syndrome and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide evidence support for taking effective measures to prevent and reduce post-ICU psychological disorder.Methods: This study used cross-sectional survey research methods,using the convenience sampling method,the selection of November 2019 to November 2020 in shenyang,a comprehensive 3 armour hospital ICU patients hospitalized and successfully transferred out as the research object.Self-report face-to-face and telephone interviews were adopted for ICU discharge patients to questionnaire survey,including general information questionnaire,ICU memory tool questionnaire(ICU-MT),the hospital anxiety depression scale(HADS)and events scale-revision(IES-R).Results: A total of 248 subjects were included in this study,206 of whom were successfully followed up three months after being transferred from ICU,42 of whom were lost to follow-up,with a loss of follow-up rate of 16.9%.Among the 206 patients followed up,the incidence of anxiety was 21.4%,the incidence of depression was 22.8%,and the incidence of PTSD was 18%.The three psychological disorders had high comorbidity.The psychological disorders at the time of transfer from the ICU to the general ward was correlated with the psychological disorders at three months after transfer from the ICU.Age,educational level,ventilator-assisted ventilation and emotional memory were the influencing factors of anxiety after ICU discharge.Age,educational level,occupation,family per capita monthly income,length of stay in ICU,use of ventilator-assisted ventilation and factual memory were the influencing factors of post-ICU depression.Age,length of stay in ICU,use of ventilator assisted ventilation and emotional memory were the influencing factors for PTSD after ICU.Conclusion: Patients transferred from ICU had a higher incidence of psychological disorders.Age,educational level,occupation,per capita monthly income of family,length of stay in ICU,use of ventilator-assisted ventilation,emotional memory and factual memory were the influencing factors of psychological disorders in patients transferred from ICU at 3 months.Clinical workers should pay attention to the longterm mental health of patients transferred from ICU and take measures to prevent and reduce the occurrence of mental disorders.
