Clinical Study About The Effect Of Yiqi Huayu Soup On Stable Angina Pectoris(Blood Stasis Due To Deficiency Of Qi)

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huayu Soup in treatingstable angina pectoris(Blood Stasis Due to Deficiency of Qi).Methods：60Patients with with stable angina pectoris(Blood Stasis Due toDeficiency of Qi) form from March2012to March2013inpatients of CardiologyDepartment in Zibo TCM Hospital,were selected and divided into two groups(treatmentgroup and control group) with randomized principles.The two groups were severally givenYiqi Huayu Soup both for four weeks.And the curative effect on EGC,anginapectoris,Chinese medical syndromes, Colour Doppler Ultrasound： side effect wereobserved.Results：In the treatment group，the total effective rate of relieving angina，improvingECG and meliorating symptoms were respectively93.34%，60.00%and90%； thecorresponding remarkable rate were respectively36.67%,26.67%,43.33%which weresignificantly better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The level of，TG，LDL-C，blood viscosity were decreased remarkably in the treatment group，the level of HDL-Cwere increased remarkably in the treatment group，which were statistically differentcompared with those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion： Yiqi Huayu Soup is a effective prescription to the patients with stableangina pectoris(Blood Stasis Due to Deficiency of Qi).
