Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Coronary Heart Failure(QI Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Yiqi Shuxin Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Shuxin Fang combined with conventional Western medicine in patients with coronary heart disease(QI deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and to analyze the possible mechanism of its curative effect and explore the new treatment of heart failure with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: 60 patients with coronary heart disease(QI deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were selected from October 2017 to October 2018 in the cardiovascular Department of Taian TCM Hospital for hospitalization or outpatient treatment,all of whom met the inclusion criteria and were not included in the exclusion criteria,obtained the patient’s informed consent,and numbered according to the order of the visit time.The random number table was divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 30 cases.The control group gave Western medicine standard treatment,the treatment group in the Western Medicine standard on the basis of the addition of Yiqi Shu,the course of treatment of 4 weeks,observation and recording before and after the treatment of plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac function Classification(NYHA),6-minute walking distance,Minnesota heart failure scalepoints,The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared by data statistics.Results: The total effective rate of cardiac function improvement in the treatment group was 86.7%,compared with the total effective rate of 63.3%in the control group(p<0.05),the two groups of BNP and 6 minutes walking test were significantly improved before and after treatment(p<0.01),The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(p<0.05),the two groups had significant improvement before and after LVEF treatment(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the groups(p>0.05),and the difference before and after treatment in the treatment group was greater than that of the control group(p<0.01)in the TCM syndromes score,the improvement of the treatment group was also significantly better than that of the control group(p<0.05),and all the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion: The basis of standardized treatment of Western medicine Shanglian can effectively improve the cardiac function and various clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease with QI deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and is safe and reliable,which is worthy of further clinical research and popularization.
