Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation By "Liac Three Needle" Acupuncture

Objective: Abservation of acupuncture "iliac three needles" gives priority to theclinical curative effect of the lumbar disc herniation. The curative effect of "iliac threeneedle"can improve the lumbar nerve compression symptoms, increase the spinal stability,and restore the specific efficacy of rebalancing Which compared with conventionalacupuncture point group for clinical, providing a more efficient, fast and convenienttherapy to relieve the suffering of the patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:64cases of lumbar disc patients have been filtrated into standardApplication of random grouping method according to the proportion of1:1, they have beendivided into treatment group and control group, Because of losing,30cases havecompleted in each group. In addition to the treatment group (acupuncture bilateral "iliacthree needles "), the two groups of the others are the same in choosing0.30×40mmneedle (Tony),finding out the point, the technique of needle, needling manipulation.According to the visual analog scale (VAS) and JOA score, the curative effect observationimproved in pain, self-conscious symptom, objective signs and daily life activities abilityitself between two groups before and after the treatment in comparison.Application ofstatistical software SPSS17.0to the data for statistical analysis.Results:1,The two groups after treatment were significantly alleviated lumbar disc prolapse,total effective rate after treatment was no significant difference, but the treatment grouphave markedly effective rate of significant differences with the control group.Treatmentgroup are better than the control group.2,Visual analogue scale comparison: comparison before and after the two groups ofitself have significant difference (P <0.01), the comparison between groups showing after each course of treatment, VAS score are significant differences(P<O.05), and thetreatment group of scores less than the control group significantly.3, Signs and symptoms score comparison: The comparison before and after betweenthe two groups of itself have significant difference (P <0.01).According to JOA score aftereach procedure, there are significant differences between two groups(P<O.05), and thescores of treatment group are higher than the control group obviously.Conclusion:The treatment group and control group are effective to treat lumbarintervertebral disc protrusion, which can obviously relieve patients’ pain, heal or improvethe signs and symptoms of patients with lumbar disc prolapse, and the treatment group isbetter than the control group.The results show that the "Iliac three stitches" have thecurative effect of treatment lumbar disc herniation, no adverse reactions and worthy ofpromotion.
