| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with acupuncture on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of Press Needles and blood stasis through randomized controlled study,in order to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods:A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were receive treatment in Orthopedics ward 1,Somewhere Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2022 to December 31,2022 and met the inclusion criteria were selected.Randomized control method was used and the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases each. The control group was treated with acupuncture for 20 minutes, once a day,and the acupoints were selected by acupuncture, including bilateral Yaojiaji,Zhibian of the affected side,Huantiao of the affected side,Weizhong of the affected side and local Ashi point. On the basis of the treatment of the control group, the experimental group was treated with the press needles at the same time, the press needles acupoints including blilateral Yaotongdian,Shousanli of the affected side,Houxi of the affected side,Kunlun of the affected side.Control group and experimental group were treated with acupuncture for 5days every, rest for 2 days,2 weeks as a course of treatment, press needle retention once every2 days,2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Visual Analogue Score(VAS)、Oswestry Disability Index and ODI,Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores(JOA)score were observed before and after treatment, adverse reactions and post-treatment evaluation were recorded, statistical software SPSS 24.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:1.Statistical analysis was conducted on the general information(including age and gender)of the experimental group and the control group, and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),so the two groups of patients were comparable.2.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score,ODI index evaluation and JOA score evaluation between the two groups(P>0.05).3.At the end of treatment,VAS score,JOA score and ODI index of experimental group and control group were improved compared with those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After two weeks of treatment,VAS score,JOA score and ODI index of experimental group were improved more significantly than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At four weeks after treatment,VAS score,JOA score evaluation and ODI index evaluation of experimental group were more significant than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In this study, the total effective rate of the control group was 84.21%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.11%.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect observation of acupuncture combined with acupuncture and Press Needles in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis type can significantly reduce the pain symptoms and dysfunction of patients, and its curative effect is superior to acupuncture alone, with no significant difference in the improvement of activity function. Therefore, acupuncture combined with acupuncture and Press Needles is safe and effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis type.Acupuncture has a gain effect, especially for a short course of treatment, and has clinical application value. |
