The Clinical Study Of Zhiyouxifang Treating Plant Watrs And Investigation About The Life Quality Of The Patients

Objective：To observe the clinical effection of Zhiyouxifang in treating plant warts andto investigate the life quality of patients,to definite the relationship between the severity ofthe disease of plant warts and life quality,and treatment of the intervention on life quality,toprovide a good curative effect and little pain,improving the life quality of patients.Methods：60patients of plant warts were randomly and equally divided into twogroups.Treating group:Zhiyouxifang by fumigation and washing method and transferfactor capsules taken orally,and coated with adapalene gel.Control group:soaking andtransfer factor capsules taken orally,and coated with adapalene gel.And in the first andfinal treatment,investigate the life quality of patients.Results：In treatment group,the cure rate was60.00%,total effective rate was90.00%；in control group, the cure rate was26.67%,total effective rate was63.33%.two groupsshowed significant differences In Terms of the cure rate and total effective rate(P＜0.05),and the same to the treatment of taking effect.life Quality comparison shows that twogroups of patients improved life quality after treatment were statistically significant (P＜0.05). but the treatment group improved more significantly;before treatment the twogroups of patients,DLQI score and lesion score correlation analysis found that bothpositively correlated(r＝0.724);after treatment the two groups of patients,DLQI scoreimproved and lesion score improved correlation analysis also carried out that bothpositively correlated(r＝0.799).Conclusion：the treatment group was higher cure rate and total effective rate thancontrol group. life quality scores may reflect the severity of patients with plant warts,Theclinical efficacy of Zhiyouxifang treating plant warts was definite,and could improve the life quality, Worthy of promotion.
