Clinical Observation On The Intervention Effect Of Jiawei Qingjin Powder Fumigation And Washing On Mixed Hemorrhoids After External Incision And Internal Ligation

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Qingjin powder fumigation and washing on the intervention of mixed hemorrhoids after external incision and internal ligation.Methods: Sixty patients with mixed hemorrhoids who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and had complete medical records were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).On the basis of routine treat ment after operation,30 patients in the observation group were fumigated and wash ed with Jiawei Qingjin Powder and 30 patients in the control group were fumigated and washed with compound Schizonepeta fumigation lotion.According to the Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine(2002 edition),the edema of wound margin,anal pain,anal swelling and hematochezia were evaluated quantitatively before and 2,4 and 7 days after fumigation and washing.After discharge,the time of complete wound healing was recorded.Results:On the second day after fumigation and washing,there was no significant difference in edema of wound margin,anal pain,anal swelling and hematoche zia between the two groups(P>0.05);on the fourth and seventh day after fumigation and washing,the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in treating edema of wound margin and anal dropping,the differ ence was statistically significant(P<0.05);on the fourth day after fumigation and washing,the control group had better curative effect in treating anal pain.In the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);on the 7th day after fumigation and washing treatment,there was no significant difference in anal pain between the two groups(P>0.05);on the 4th and 7th day after fumigation and washing treatment,there was no significant difference in stool blood score between the two groups(P>0.05);after fumigation and washing treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in shortening the time of complete wound healing(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jiawei Qingjinsan fumigation and washing therapy is superior to compound Schizonepeta fumigation lotion in alleviating edema of wound margin,analswelling and shortening wound healing time after mixed hemorrhoids operation.In alleviating anal pain after operation,the efficacy of compound Schizonepeta fumigation lotion is more significant.No significant difference was found in the condition of postoperative hematochezia.
