Observation On Clinical Curative Effect Of Fumigation And Washing Of Traditional Chinese Medicine On Postoperative Functional Rehabilitation Of Unstable Distal Radius Fractures

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fumigation and washing of Chinese herbal medicine on the rehabilitation of wrist joint function after internal fixation of unstable distal radius fractures,and provide theoretical basis for clinical promotion.Methods:80 cases of fresh unstable distal radius fractures(AO type B and C)were collected from Quanzhou orthopedic hospital from January 2018 to September 2019.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,80 cases were finally included in the study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group by random number table.The patients in the observation group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation,systematic rehabilitation training after operation and 2 weeks after operation fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine was used for 12weeks;the patients in the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and systemic rehabilitation training was carried out after operation for 12 weeks.Visual analog scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the degree of pain before surgery and 2 weeks,6weeks and 12 weeks after the operation.Swelling and regression of the affected limb wrist joint were evaluated by detumescence index.Gartland-werley wrist function score was used to evaluate the function of the affected limb wrist joint,and adverse events and complications were recorded.Statistical analysis with SPSS 22.0 software.Results:1.General data: There was no difference in age,sex and fracture type between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.VAS score: There was no significant difference between the two groups before the operation and 2 weeks after operation(P > 0.05);Compared with before operation,the VAS score of the two groups after operation was significantly lower(P < 0.05);From 6 weeks after operation,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.Detumescence index: 12 weeks after operation,the detumescence index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).4.Gartland werley wrist function score: After 12 weeks of treatment,the wrist function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).5.Adverse events and complications: There were no significant adverse events and complications in both groups.Conclusion:Fumigation No.2 Chinese herbal medicine fumigation has a good clinical effect on the recovery of wrist joint function after unstable distal radius fractures,and can be used in clinical promotion.
