The Clinic Study Of Jianpi Huatan Tuina Therapy And Simiaosan For Treatment Of Gout(Phlegm Syndrome)

Objective:.Application of basic treatment plus Jianpi Huatan massage therapyfor gout (phlegm syndrome), to observe its clinical curative effect, and the gout(phlegm syndrome) progress on TCM treatment of Western medicine treatment athome and abroad, and made a summary review, efficacy of massage in the treatmentof gout, massage for the treatment of the disease and provide effective methodapproach and objective theoretical basis.Methods:2012March to2013December in the choice of Hospital Affiliated toChangchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Department ofEndocrinology and viscera disease out patient rehabilitation, treatment area of patients,60cases of gout will meet the selection criteria (phlegm syndrome) patients,randomly divided into the treatment group (30cases) and control group (30cases) inthe two groups before and after treatment, symptom score, uric acid (UA), C-reactiveprotein (CRP) changes in the value of the index, intra group, inter group beforetreatment, after treatment, to observe, to contrast two types of therapy in the treatmentof gout (phlegm stasis) the clinical curative effect of difference.Result: Basic treatment plus Jianpi Huatan massage more basic drugs in thetreatment of gout (phlegm stasis) patients in comparison, subjective symptoms andobjective indexes had significant differences, and the treatment group than in thecontrol group is more significant, suggesting that the effect of Jianpi Huatan massageto treat gout is exact, it is worthy of clinical promotion and research.
