The Observation Of Clinical Effect Of Massage Therapy With Invigorating Spleen To Arrest Diarrhea On Treating Infantile Diarrhea In Type Of Spleen Dysfunction

Objective:According to clinical researches,to observe the clinical curative effects on massage therapy with invigorating spleen to arrest diarrhea on treating infantile diarrhea in type of spleen dysfunction and to explore its mechanism.Methods:60 infantile diarrhea patients,in type of spleen dysfunction,who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western Medicine,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by massage therapy with invigorating spleen to arrest diarrhea method.The control group was treated with ShenLingBaiZhuWan.After 2 courses of treatment,clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment with the improvement of the situation,and curative effects of treatment group and control group were evaluated.Results:The cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group were 20% and96.67%,while the one of control group were 6.67% and 86.67%,so there was a significant difference between two groups(P < 0.01),and treatment group was superior to control group;integral comparisons between two groups after treatment in stool frequency,stool character,spiritlessness and physical burnout had no significant difference(P>0.05),and integral comparisons in abdominal fullness and inappetence between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating infantile diarrhea,in type of spleen dysfunction,with ShenLingBaiZhuWan and massage therapy with invigorating spleen to arrest diarrhea method have exact curative effects,but the curative effect and cure rate of treatment are superior to control group.It is worth extending the use of massage.
