Objective: To observe the clinical Therapeutic effects of treating deficiency of Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis of primary hypertension by shuang-jiangi-tang Decoction. Methods: patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension collected Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type cases, They were divided into the shuang-jiangi-tang Decoction therapy group(The treatment group)and the regular western therapy group (the control group) by a random, controlled and single blind method. both groups were in the low-fat low-salt, the control group was given western medicine of amlodipine besylate, test group in the control group based on the self service of double soup Decoction of Chinese medicine, no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age and other aspects ((P>0.05), comparable,4weeks as a course of treatment, observation for4weeks. Then analyzed and compared before and after treatment in patients with blood pressure in each group, the changes of symptoms and physical signs, blood lipids (total cholesterol, triglycerides), the changes of homocysteine index. Results: the two groups of patients after taking blood pressure compared with baseline blood pressure level of the experimental group were decreased, the decline in the more obviously (P<0.05), with significant differences; in improving syndromes, lower total cholesterol and glycerol three vinegar, test group syndrome, blood lipids cysteine than before treatment was obviously improved, the control group before and after treatment of blood lipid level was not significantly difference of two groups after the treatment, the differences between groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The total curative effect is better than pure western medicine treatment of shuang-jiang-tang decoction combined with routine western medicine antihypertensive drugs. Not only can reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis, but also can improve the patients with syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, regulating blood lipids (total cholesterol, triglyceride), homocysteine levels, and no toxic side effect.
