| Purpose: By observing the effective treatment of sanren decoction subtraction inprevious pervious period of dyslipidemia (damp heat constitution), Objective evaluate itseffectiveness, safety and practicality. Explore a new approach of traditional Chinese medicinefor prevention and control of dyslipidemia.Method: Using randomized controlled clinical research method, choose the inclusioncriteria of60patients with clinic, according to the1:1were randomly divided intointervention group and control group, intervention group with sanren decoction, the controlgroup with Xuezhikang Capsule, as a course for4weeks. The clinical efficacy of two drugsfor the treatment of previous period of dyslipidemia (damp heat constitution).Result: In the aspect of TCM symptoms, the intervention group and control group afterthe treatment, the intervention group effective rate is86.67%, effective rate is70.00%in thecontrol group. Account for in terms of efficacy of TCM symptom, intervention group issuperior to control group. Compare the efficacy of blood lipid, the two groups after drugtreatment effective rate was80.00%, effective rate was73.33%, intervention group andcontrol group after the medication, improvements in two groups of blood lipid have curativeeffect, there has the no differences between the two groups.Conclusion: Intervention group and control group has a significant differences in TCMsyndrome curative effect; Intervention group and control group has significant difference inblood lipid improve; Intervention group and the control group also has no obvious adversereactions; sanren decoction have a definitely effect on previous period of dyslipidemia (dampheat constitution), it can be further investigated and should be wildly popularized and utilized. |
