Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Gastroenterology, HeilongjiangAcademy of Traditional Chinese Medicine professor Zhang Yali selfYin Qi Xiaogu decoction combined with acupuncture in treatingascites due to cirrhosis of qi stagnation and dampness. To discussthe efficacy and safety of the treatment, in order to use bettermethod to improve the quality of life of patients with liver cirrhosisand ascites. Provide preliminary medical basis for the Chinesemedicine clinical application of safe and effective in the treatmentof ascites due to cirrhosis of qi stagnation and dampness.Methods:60cases of ascites due to cirrhosis belongs to qi stagnation anddampness patients, according to the principle of randomizedrandomized into treatment group30cases, control group30cases,two patients were excluded, bloody ascites cancer. The controlgroup wasgiven conventional western medicine treatment; treatmentgroup on be Yin Qi Xiaogu decoction combined with acupuncturetherapy on the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine. Thetwo groups were treated for four weeks. To observe the clinicalsymptoms, signs, and adverse reactions, evaluation index, efficiencyof the two groups before and after treatment the total symptomintegral, abdominal circumference, body weight and urine volume.Results:1.in the treatment group and the control group in clinicaltherapeutic effect were86.7%and66.7%, the curative effect oftreatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.2.before and aftertreatment in the two groups in the improvement of symptomscompared the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the treatment group than the control group, statistical analysishas significant difference (P<0.01).3.the two groups before andafter treatment, body weight, abdominal circumference24h urinaryvolume differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), and thetreatment group beforeand after treatment, abdominal circumference,body weight and24h urine volume was better than the control group(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.4.before andafter treatment in the two groups in the improvement of liverfunction of comparison had statistical significance (P<0.05), andthe treatment group improved liver function significantly, betterthan the control group (P<0.05), the difference was statisticallysignificant.5.of the two groups before and after treatment thethickness of spleen, portalvein diameter did not change significantly,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment group and the control group for the treatment ofascites due to cirrhosis were, but Yin Qi Xiaogu Decoction andacupuncture curative effect is better than that of the control group inimproving symptoms, abdominal circumference, urine volume andthe24h role is more outstanding, no adverse events and clinical trialperiod, that Yin Qi Xiaogu Decoction combined with acupuncture isone of the treatment of liver cirrhosis qi stagnation and dampness ofeffective way of ascites.
