Clinical Study Of Xiaogu Lishui Decoction In The Treatment Of Ascites Due To Hepatitis B Cirrhosis Based On The Theory Of Qi,Blood And Water

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaogu Lishui Decoction in the treatment of ascites due to hepatitis B cirrhosis,and to explore the efficacy and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ascites due to hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group,the control group was given basic Western medicine treatment,including rest、moderate sodium restriction、antiviral、diuretic、albumin supplementation、liver protection and enzymatic reduction、biliary and yellowing,and branched chain amino acid supplementation;the experimental group was given Xiaogu Lishui Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 3 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms、tongue signs,aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,serum albumin and total bilirubin were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:1.In terms of total clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the experimental group(90%)was higher than that of the control group(70%)(p<0.05);2.In terms of ascites grade,the effect of ascites regression in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05);3.In terms of efficacy of TCM syndrome,the scores of TCMsyndromes in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(p<0.05),and the total effective rate in the experimental group(90%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.3%)(p<0.05);4.In terms of total integral of TCM symptoms,after treatment,the experimental group(8+8.25)was significantly lower than the control group(17+15.25)(p<0.05);5.In terms of tongue score,the scores of tongue signs in the two groups decreased after treatment(p<0.05),and the experimental group(9.70+4.84)decreased more significantly than the control group(12.40+5.56)(p<0.05);6.In terms of laboratory indicators,the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin in the two groups were lower than before treatment,serum albumin and prothrombin were higher than before treatment,and the improvement of the experimental group was more obvious(p<0.05);7.In terms of body weight and abdominal circumference,the two groups decreased after treatment,especially in the experimental group(p<0.05);8.In terms of 24-hour urine volume,the average urine volume of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites with Xiaogu Lishui Decoction combined with western medicine can significantly improve the symptoms and liver function of patients,eliminate ascites and improve the quality of life.
