Clinical Study On Du Moxibustion In The Treatment Of The Type Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Dysmenorrhea

Objective:through clinical research, clinical effect of Du moxibustion on the type of cold coagulation and blood stasis in patients with primary dysmenorrhea, the preferred treatment, provide objective basis for clinical treatment.Method:The screening of congealing cold and blood stasis in patients with primary dysmenorrhea in60cases, were randomly divided into Du moxibustion group (30cases treated with Du moxibustion), drug group (treated with Shaofuzhuyu capsule) in30cases, the main symptoms, recorded before and after a course of treatment and signs of change, guide the clinical treatment.Results:The Du moxibustion and drug treatment after a period of treatment, the total efficiency of two groups and the cure rate is very significant difference (P<0.01), and the effect of Du moxibustion group was significantly better than the drug group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference before and after treatment in patients with Du moxibustion group of menstruation, aversion to cold, blood clot, menstrual abdominal pain, diarrhea, and other symptoms improved (P<0.01), and was better than drug group.
