Clinical Observation On Umbilical Moxibustion Treatment With Medicine Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Stagnation Of Vital And Blood Stasis

Objective: The clinical trials using the two methods in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea,namely Shenque navel upward and oral ibuprofen,to observe the TCM syndrome,the curative effect of disease score after the two changes after treatment and the curative effect difference,then objectively evaluate the two methods.Methods:The clinical trial of umbilical moxibustion with herbal medicine+oral ibuprofen analog agent group was 64 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis type PD patients were randomly divided into(treatment group),simulated agent+oral ibuprofen group(control group),using the method of double blind randomized controlled trial,32 cases in the treatment group,1 cases lost 32 in the control group;cases,2 cases of loss.Different TCM syndrome score and VAS were observed before and after treatment,see the difference among the two groups.Results:1.Through the analysis of TCM syndrome,treatment group and control group respectively with the same group before treatment were compared,p<0.05,indicating whether it is the treatment group or the control group to the treatment of blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea,appear symptoms improved from the first menstrual cycle after treatment.After comparing two between group,the treatment group in the first menstrual cycle before or after the lower abdomen pain,premenstrual breast pain compared with the control group.There was obvious difference in p<0.05;but there were no significant differences in symptom score,p>0.05.second menstrual cycles,two groups in the lower abdomen pain,less blood,there is a significant difference,pulse string p<0.05;in breast pain,there were significant differences between symptom score,p<0.01.third menstrual cycles,two groups in poor blood,chest discomfort,dark purple tongue or petechiae were significantly different,p<0.05;in the lower abdomen pain,less blood,milk The real pain,pulse string,there were significant differences in symptom score,p<0.01.follow-up period,two groups in the bloody dark purple block,there is a significant difference,pulse string p<0.05;in the lower abdomen pain,less blood,breast pain,dark purple tongue or petechiae,symptom scores have significant differences.P<0.01.2.From the analysis of VAS,compared in the two groups,the first menstrual cycle began to have improved significantly,p<0.05,indicating that the treatment group and the control group for the qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea has therapeutic effect.The two groups had no significant difference before two menstrual cycles,p> 0.05.third menstrual cycles and the follow-up period of vas had significant difference,the degree of pain during the menstrual cycle of two therapeutic schemes for qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea two p<0.05.before interpretation is beneficial,no significant difference;therapeutic effect than the treatment group for third menstrual cycles of qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea in the control group,and follow-up show long-term effect in the treatment group than the control group.3.Comparison of the effect of the two groups.The treatment group was 96.77%,the effective rate of control group was 63.33%,the clinical curative effect of treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Navel and oral ibuprofen method of primary dysmenorrhea were treated on the role of qi stagnancy and blood stasis;2.The clinical curative effect and long-term effect of navel is superior to oral ibuprofen method.
