Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Type By Herb-cake-separated Moxibustion With Wenjing Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenjing Decoction and cake-separated moxibustion in treating Primary dysmenorrhea,and compare the effect of conventional western medical methods to evaluate the difference in curative effect,so as to provide a reference treatment basis for the clinical cake-separated moxibustion to treat primary dysmenorrhea.Methods : 60 Patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Wenjing Decoction moxibustion,moxibustion at each point for 3 times,once every other day,a total of 10 times;The control group was treated with oral ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,one capsule at a time,twice a day for 3 days from menstruation.Visual analogue scale(VAS),dysmenorrhea symptom scale and Cox dysmenorrhea symptom scale(CMSS)were evaluated before and after treatment,The difference of curative effect before and after treatment was compared,and the curative effect of herbal cake separated moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea was evaluated.Results:1.Baseline comparison.In this study,a total of 60 Patients were included,2 cases fell off due to other reasons,and finally 58 cases were collected,including 28 cases in the experimental grou P and 30 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference in age,course of disease,Pain visual analogue scale(VAS),dysmenorrhea symptom score and Cox dysmenorrhea symptom score(CMSS)between the two groups(P>0.05).2.comparison within the group.There were significant differences in VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom score and Cox dysmenorrhea symptom score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);The VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom score and Cox dysmenorrhea symptom score of the control group after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that oral ibuprofen can reduce the symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea.3.Comparison between groups.After treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),indicating that Wenjing Decoction moxibustion and oral ibuprofen can relieve the pain symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea;The difference of dysmenorrhea symptom score and Cox dysmenorrhea symptom score between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.4.The curative effect was compared.The effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 92.9% and 86.7% respectively.The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Wenjing Decoction cake partitioned moxibustion and oral ibuprofen sustained release capsules have the same effect in relieving pain,and both can significantly improve the degree of dysmenorrhea;2.Wenjing Decoction cake partitioned moxibustion and oral ibuprofen sustained release capsule are effective in improving the accompanying symptoms,the former is better than the latter.3.After 3 menstrual cycles,the pain relief effect of Wenjing Decoction cake partitioned moxibustion group was better.
