And compared with controls, two groups in pain, improve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine score and near future treatment group (P>0.05). Each of them is compared with the third cycle6cycle TCM symptoms score, have a statistics difference (P<0.05), explain whether the treatment group or the control group, the treatment cycle with the third cycle6compared curative effect of TCM syndrome become worse, the long-term outcome weak in recent curative effect. After the treatment group is E2declined obviously concentration (P<0.05), P concentration is significantly increased (P<0.05), and before treatment with significant difference (P<0.05).Results:In the aspect of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, the effective rate and the long-term effective rate were93.3%and83.3%, respectively, in treatment group and83.3%and60%, respectively, in control group, with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01). The treatment group was significantly (P<0.01) better than control group in improving pain efficacy. The traditional Chinese medical syndrome scores were siginifiantly (P<0.01) improved in treatment group than in control group. The levels of E2increased (P<0.05) and the level of P decreased (P<0.01) in treatment group. Conclusion:Shaofuzhuyu decoction effectively improved the pain intensity in patients with primary dysmenorrhea, improved the traditional Chinese medical syndrome scores, and improved clinical outcomes. Regulating the endocrine function of ovaries, decreasing serum levels of E2and increasing serum levels of P may be the approaches of Shaofuzhuyu decoction to remedy primary dysmenorrhea.
