The Study About The Neurotransmitter Norepinephrine(NE)and Dopamine(DA) Expression Levels,Which Using The Ointment Rubbing On The Rabbit Which Is On Acute Soft Tissue Injury

Purpose:The treatment of gaomo is a very characteristic of TCM therapy combined with Hrugs and massage. Through the establishment of acute soft tissue injury in rabbits with experimental model, to observe the massage with ointment on rabbit serum neurotransmitter orepinephrine (NE), Dobaamine (DA) expression, which clear ointment massage effect on egulation of neurotransmitter in the treatment of acute soft tissue injury in clinical application nd mechanism of massage with ointment, to provide scientific experimental evidence.Method:32 rabbits, were randomly divided into 4 groups:treatment group with nassage,ointment massage treatment group, non treatment group after injury and normal abbits,8 rats in each group. Blank control group without any treatment; the model control roup without any treatment; after the success of modeling the massage treatment group ecovery 24h then give massage therapy; after 24h recovery the massage with ointment reatment group, apply "Huoxue Xiaotong paste" in the affected hip, then for massage therapy. After the end of the experiment, the blood of the rabbit ear vein of each group, using enzyme inked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method for the determination of rabbit serum DA expression level of dopamine and norepinephrine NE.Results:1, After 24h modeling, the model control group, DA expression level in serum of abbits increased obviously, there was significant difference compared with the control group P<0.001); 30min after the third treatment, the expression level of massage with ointment reatment group, the massage treatment group rabbits serum DA were significantly lower, compared a significant difference with model control group (P<0.001), but no significant lifference compared with ointment treatment group and the massage therapy group (P>0.05).2, After 24h modeling, the model control group, NE expression level in serum of rabbits ncreased obviously, there was significant difference compared with the control group P<0.001); 30min after the third treatment, the expression level of massage with ointment reatment group, the massage treatment group rabbits serum NE decreased significantly, compared with significant difference and the model control group (P<0.001), but no dgnificant difference compared massage with ointment treatment group and the massage herapy group (P>0.05).Conclusion:Simple massage and the ointment combined with massage can effectively reduce he acute soft tissue injury in rabbits serum dopamine and norepinephrine levels of NE and (?)A. According to the half-life of metabolic formula, the initial proof of Tuina Therapy on the egulation of DA enzyme metabolism of skeletal muscle injury in rabbits serum time is about 2.10h; the regulation of NE metabolism of skeletal muscle injury in rabbits serum time is about 2.20h.
