The Research Of Action Mechanism And Action Time Regularity Of Analgesia Effect Of Ointment Massaging To Acute Soft Tissue Injury

Purpose:To analyze the effect of analgesia mechanism of ointment massaging to acute soft tissue injury, the action-time regularity of Analgesia Effect of Ointment M assaging through observing the effect of Ointment Massaging on the pathology of rabb it peripheral blood neurotransmitter and local tissue injury with acute soft tissue injury, which can further guide the clinical practice of ointment massaging and improve the clinical treatment with acute soft tissue injury.Method:The domestic rabbit 40, half male and half female, weight 2.0-3.0kg, wer e provided by Changchun yisi experimental animal technology limited liability compan y, animal Certificate No.:SCXK(Ji) 2012-0002. According to the random number table, ra ndomly divided the rabbits into blank control group, model control group, massage the rapy group, massage with ointment group, with 10 rabbits in each group; the blank cont rol group and the model control group without any special treatment, just as control ob servation. At 24h after modeling, first times after treatment 30min,90min,150min, third t imes after treatment 30min,90min,150minin each group were taken from the ear edge vein blood, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, measurement of serum of rabbit s 5-HT and β-EP content of neurotransmitter; At 24h after modeling was taken from the ear edge vein blood, executing 2 rabbits of the blank control group and model contro 1 group randomly, after the third treatment, executing 4 rabbits of each group, take the injury of muscle tissue of rabbit, after HE staining, observed the extraphysiological cha nges of the lihgt microscope.Reslut:1.The ointment massage treatment, ointment massage treatment group rabbit β-EP co ntentin peripheral blood increased significantly, with a very significant difference compa red with the model control group (P<0.01); the 5-HT content decreased significantly, with a very significant difference compare with the model control group(P<0.01).2.Histopathological studies showed that,3d after the ointment massage treatment, th e injury of muscle tissue which the group of rabbit with ointment massage treatment w ere returne to normal, with significant difference compared with model control group.3.Study on the analgesic effect of ointment massage shows, time distribution results s how that ointment massage therapy which on acute soft tissue injury in rabbit serum 5-HTand β-EP metabolism half-life were 2.71h and3.16h.Conclusion:1. The research of the effect of Ointment Massaging on the content of rabbit pe ripheral blood neurotransmitter and tissue pathology with acute soft tissue injury prove s that ointment massaging has good therapeutical effect on acute soft tissue injury, an d it can promote the recovery of muscular tissue as well as regulate the content of 5-HT, DA, NE and β-EP in peripheral blood to ease pain.2. The action time regularity of analgesia effect of ointment massaging indicate s that metabolic regulation half life of peripheral blood neurotransmitter caused by oin tment massaging is 2-3h. During the treatment of acute soft tissue injury with ointme nt massaging, the technique should be soft and gentle, the treatment times should be t wice per day, which can improve the treatment of acute soft tissue injury more effecti vely.
