Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Constipation Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Liver Qi Stagnation) Clinical Observation

Objective:Compared with the traditional acupuncture combined with acupoint metality group and traditionalacupuncture treatment of constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome treatment, for the treatment of constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome more effective method.Methods:Collection of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine; the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University Fourth Affiliated Hospital Department of gastroenterology clinic constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome (stagnation of liver Qi type) 60 patients, divided for two groups, two groups on the basis of the treatment based on, treatment group (n= 30) given traditional acupuncture combined with acupuncture regulating God Group acupuncture point treatment, the traditional acupuncture acupoints: Tianshu (double), Zusanli (ST36), Zhongwan (double), Shangjuxu (double), Hegu (double), Taichong (double). Acupuncture metality group acupoints:Baihui, Sishencong Yintang, shenting, danzhong. The control group (n=30) was treated with traditional acupuncture, and the acupoints were taken as the above acupuncture points.. The clinical symptom score and HAMD depression scale were scored before and after treatment.Result:1. patients in the two groups after treatment scores were significantly improved compared with before treatment (p<0.05).2. compared with the control group, the clinical symptoms, the degree of depression of patients in the treatment group improved significantly (p<0.05).3. two groups of TCM syndromes in patients with clinical total efficiency comparison, the treatment group was 93.3%,83.3%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); the degree of depression of HMAD to improve the overall efficiency of comparison, the treatment group was 93.3%, the treatment group was 77.7%(p<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.
