The Research On Female Climacteric Hypertension Syndrome Type Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Between Structure Change Of Carotid Artery

Objective:Through the observation of 235 cases of female climacteric hypertension of carotid arterial structure, body mass index, glucose and lipid level differences between the TCM syndromes, draws the carotid structure change may promoting factors, preliminary explore the rules between TCM syndrome type and carotid artery structure change, risk factors, provide clues to further seek the inherent law between the TCM Syndromes of carotid artery structure change and risk factors. Methods:Collection 235 cases female climacteric hypertension are hospitalized in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine during 2013 July to 2015 March, classified into Yin deficiency endogenous dryness type, liver depression and phlegm obstruction type, heart lienal two empty type, yin and yang deficiency type, check the carotid artery B Ultrasound, calculated body mass index, detection FBG,TC, TG, LDL, HDL levels, and do statistical analysis comparison. Result:(1)There are differences between the four syndromes of carotid artery changes, and the difference was statistically significant; (2)Liver stagnation and phlegm BMI higher than the other three groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The level of FBG in the dryness due to yin deficiency than the other three groups, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); Stagnation of phlegm syndrome TG level higher than the other three groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3)The changes of carotid structure in different degrees, in terms of BMI, carotid artery plaque group and the difference of carotid artery plaque group was statistically significant(P<0.05); In FBG, there were statistically significant differences in carotid artery carotid artery in normal group and abnormal group(P<0.05); In TG, there is no statistically significance of plaque group and multiple plaque group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Among the female hypertension (menopause) patients, there are differences in the structural changes of the carotid artery among the TCM syndromes. (2) In four TCM syndromes, the severity of carotid atherosclerosis is Yin deficiency endogenous dryness type> liver depression and phlegm obstruction type> yin and yang deficiency type> heart lienal two empty type; High BMI, FBG, TG may facilitate carotid atherosclerosis; (3)Yin deficiency endogenous dryness type of the FBG increased most significantly, liver depression and phlegm obstruction type of BMI, TG increased most significantly, indicating that the BMI, FBG, TG may is to promote one of the factors of carotid atherosclerosis.
