Clinical Observation On Longci Ankun Decoction In Treating Hypertension In Climacteric Women(Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type)

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Longci Ankun decoction in treating FCH patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency,and to provide new ideas for treating FCH.Methods:From December 2021 to December 2022,82 patients with FCH(liver-kidney-yin deficiency type)in the cardiovascular department of Baoding First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected,and they could be included in the study only after obtaining the informed consent of the patients.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Conduct lifestyle adjustment and related education for all patients;The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets,the initial dose was 5mg each time,Take orally once every morning;On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given Longci Ankun Decoction,One medicine is divided into two bags,twice a day,one bag at a time,which was taken with oiling water one hour after meals.Four courses of treatment were observed,each lasting for one week.After two courses of treatment,the patients were visited and asked about their general situation.After the end,SPSS26.0 was used to analyze and evaluate the safety and efficacy of this prescription.Results:1.Before treatment,the data of the two groups of patients were tested,P>0.05,and there was no statistical difference,which could be compared.2.TCM syndrome score: after treatment,the score of both groups decreased,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome after treatment was P>0.05,with no statistical difference.3.Kupperman score: after treatment,the score of both groups decreased,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).4.Blood pressure: tested,P<0.05,with statistical difference;The decrease was more obvious in the observation group.5.Antihypertensive effect: the total effective rate of hypotension in the two groups(P>0.05),with no statistical difference.6.Safety index: tested,P>0.05,no statistical difference,safety is acceptable.Conclusions:1.Longci Ankun Decoction combined with western medicine has a better effect on reducing blood pressure,and can also effectively improve perimenopausal symptoms and TCM syndromes of patients;2.Longci Ankun Decoction is effective in treating FCH(liver and kidney yin deficiency type),and there is no serious adverse reaction,so it is safe.
