| Objective: Through observed the correlation between different TCM syndrome types of xinjiang climacteric hypertension and norepinephrine, epinephrine, dopamine,5-hydroxytryptamine, explored the neurotransmitter objective indicators in the role of female climacteric hypertension disease of traditional Chinese medicine. Method:This study collected the female climacteric hypertension patients300cases from xinjiang medical university affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient and ward between September2010and January2012,selected blood pressure normal menopausal women50cases from community as control group.divided into Yin deficiency endogenous dryness syndrome, liver depression, both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome group, phlegm resistance groups, different blood pressure level1and level2levels of syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine group and control group of serum norepinephrine, epinephrine, dopamine and serotonin levels,to statistical analysis and comparison. Results:â‘ compared with normal control group, the level land level2female climacteric hypertension Yin deficiency endogenous dryness syndrome group, liver depression, phlegm resistance groups, both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome group, the glove two deficiency syndrome group of norepinephrine, epinephrine levels increased significantly (P<0.05), liver depression and phlegm obstruction syndrome group, the mist two deficiency syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome group, Yin deficiency endogenous dryness syndrome group of norepinephrine, epinephrine levels increased significantly (P<0.05), but change the phlegm syndrome group, the mist two between deficiency syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome group had no statistical difference(P>0.05);â‘¡compared with normal control group, level1and level2female climacteric hypertension Yin deficiency endogenous dryness syndrome group, liver depression, phlegm resistance groups,glove two deficiency syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome group of dopamine levels(P<0.05),lower levels of dopamine in there was no statistically significant difference between the groups (P>0.05);â‘¢compared with normal control group, level1and level2female climacteric hypertension Yin deficiency endogenous dryness syndrome group, liver depression, phlegm resistance groups, both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome group, the glove two deficiency syndrome group of serotonin levels(P<0.05), the card type difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05), the rise of serotonin levels in dry permit within Yin deficiency group> liver> phlegm syndrome group, cases two deficiency syndrome group> yin-yang deficiency syndrome group> the trend of the normal control group;â‘£subgroup analysis:2levels of female climacteric hypertension than level1the same type of norepinephrine, epinephrine, serotonin levels, reduce dopamine levels, but the level1, level2there was no statistically difference between the level of blood pressure(P>0.05). Conclusion:â‘ level of norepinephrine, epinephrine, dryness syndrome in female climacteric hypertension Yin deficiency group increased significantly, suggested female climacteric hypertension Yin deficiency endogenous dryness syndrome type of sympathetic nerve function, can be used as a female climacteric hypertension objective indexes of Yin deficiency endogenous dryness syndrome differentiation;â‘¡dopamine may with hypertension by the rise of hierarchical levels;â‘¢serotonin levels revealed female climacteric hypertension inherent law of traditional Chinese medicine, in Yin deficiency endogenous dryness syndrome group, liver depression, phlegm resistance groups, glove two deficiency syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome group and normal control group between has a decreasing trend. |
