Objective:To get a general idea of the self-perceived burden and healthy behavior in aged osteoporosis and try to make a research on the influencing factors of healthy behavior, all these was in order to provide a scientific basis for the pertinence intervention measures that taken to improve the life quality of the osteoporosis eldly people. Methods:By the means of convenient sampling, 120 patients were collected in taian hospital from June 2012 to December 2013 were investigated. All subjects were asked and underwent the General clinical data. HPLⅡ(Health-Promoting Lifestyle ProfileⅡ)、OSES(Osteoporosis Self Efficacy Scale)、SPBS(self-perceived burden scale)and Modified Procidano Family Support Scale were used. The data were entered into the Statistical software Package of Social Science(SPSS) 17.0 for the descriptive and inferential statistical analysis of the feedbacked questionnairs. Data are presented as mean±SD; The statistical methods included descriptive analysis, Spearman correlation analysis or Linear Correlation and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.Results:1. 92.5% of the 120 osteoporosis eldly people feel mild to severe self-perceived burden,60.83% of these people feel mild to middle self-perceived burden(27.04±9.28)and9 people feel no( 12.65±4.34),31.67% were feel severe self-perceived burden(47.32±5.45).2. The total score of HPLP Ⅱwas 128.95±25.67, The health behavior level of51.67% patients was general or worse, and that of 42.5% patients was good, only 4.17%was excellent.3. The total score of Osteoporosis Self Efficacy Scale was 32.83±12.35,Self–Efficacy level in the osteoporosis eldly people was low.For the family support,90%patients got the middle or highly level of family support and only 10% patients got the worse family support.4. The health behavior score was negatively correlated with age(r=-0.432,P<0.01),marriagese state(r=-0.513, P<0.01),the frequency of the waist aches(r=-0.618,P<0.01),pain level( r=-0.576, P<0.01),the history of bone ache( r=-0.412,P<0.05);education(r=0.234, P<0.05),economic(r=0.318, P<0.01)and sport condition(r=0.213, P<0.05)was positively correlated.Additionallly, The total health behavior score was significantly negative correlated with the SPB(r=-0.455, P<0.01), and was significantly positive correlatted with self-efficacy(r=0.745, P<0.01) and family support(r=0.738,P<0.01).5. Multiple Logistic regression shown that the total health behavior score was negatively correlated with the SPB and the frequency of the waist aches and was positively correlatted with self-efficacy and family support. These means that the frequency of waist aches and SPB were higher in osteoporosis eldly people, the level of healthy behavior was worse, if the patients got the higher family support and the self-effiency was better, the health behavior score was higher.Conclusion:1. The psychological burden and health behavior level in Osteoporosis edly people is not in an ideal state.2. The Health behavior level in elderly OP was associated with the frequency of waistache,self-efficacy, self-perceived burden and familysupport. Health behavior level was significantly negative correlatted with self-perceived burden, self perceived burden is heavier, the level of healthbehavior was lower.3. As health care workers should be make a comprehensive assessment of OP elderly patients with physiological, psychological, social adaptation state, according to the influencing factors of health behavior level, try to make individual effectively intervention on life style of the bad behavior, and promote the patients to take health behavior, which helps to improve the quality of life.
