Therefore, observe to use fire needle acupuncture treatment of acute herpes zoster to find a reliable and effective method for clinical treatment.MethodAccording to the method of random numbers, the 60 cases of qualified subjects met the inclusion criteria who are in the acupuncture clinic or skin disease outpatient service of the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of TCM from the 2013-04 to 2015-02. are divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases. Treatment group is using fire needle and acupuncture to treat (fire site are each herpes central, acupuncture parts are row needles in the corresponding nerve segment, the scope of the lesion will decide the needle number, after acupuncture needling, connect the electric acupuncture apparatus with the needle,30 min later, withdraw the needle), the control is using the acupuncture to treat, which is on the basis of the above treatment getting rid of fire needle therapy), the treatment will be 14 days, respectively, records in the pain VAS grade、herpes、comprehensive curative effect of pretherapy and post-treatment of the patients from two groups. after the treatment, analyzing the data of two groups with SPSS13.0 software and then comparing the effect.ResultsThere were no obvious difference (P>0.05) between two groups in terms of gender, age, medical condition,so this two group could be compared.Pain score comparison of two groups respectively compared with the time for pain relief used 30% or higher and for the pain disappeared between two groups, the results were statistically significant (P<0.01), this means the treatment group is more quickly than other one in to relieving pain and making the pain disappear entirely.Herpes situation about two groups respectively compared with the time for the time of check blister, scabby, callus between two groups, the results were statistically significant (P<0.01), (P<0.01), suggesting that the fire needle acupuncture is more quickly than other one in prompt herpes stop increasing, at the same time in speeding up the herpes scabbing and prompting herpes crust falls off.Comprehensive efficacy score comparison:compared with the treatment comprehensive scores for before and after treatment between two groups,the result was significant difference(P<0.01), suggesting that both kinds of treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of herpes zoster; compared with the score after treatment between the two groups, the result was statistical significance (P<0.05), this can be suggested that the fire needle acupuncture can improve faster overall symptoms of herpes zoster than other one.Two groups of curative effect comparison:12 days after treatment,30 people of the treatment group,24 people was cured,6 people had the obvious effect, no people had no effect, the total effective rate was 100%; 30 people of the control group,17 people were cured,13 people had the obvious effect, no people had no effect, the total effective rate was 93.33%. Analysis shows that after 14 days of treatment, the treatment group and control group have similar effect in the treatment of acute herpes zoster.ConclusionAcupuncture can effectively reduce the herpes zoster neuralgia, to some extent, prevent blisters from increasing, promote the blister incrustation, and ease the discomfort of the herpes zoster on the whole; But with fire needle treatment can obviously reduce pain phase of the acute herpes zoster, promote the healing of skin lesions faster and improve the general symptoms quickly.
