Comparative Study On The Curative Effect Of Blister Cupping And Milliwatt Needle In Acute Stage Of Herpes Zoster

Objective:Through the clinical comparison of the curative effect of blister fire needle and cupping treatment in acute stage of herpes zoster,this paper observes the difference of curative effect and comprehensive curative effect between two kinds of external treatment methods in the acute stage of herpes zoster,and probes into the operation standard and curative effect of local cupping therapy for herpes zoster lesions.Methods:124 patients with acute herpes zoster were randomly divided into 3 clinical trials,41 in the Fire Needle and Medicine group,42 in the Cupping and Medicine group,and 41 in the western medicine group.Cupping and Medicine group in the local use of sterilized glass jars for 5～10min in the skin lesions;Fire Needle and western Medicine group in the rash local use of fire needles to quickly puncture the local painful points,acupuncture depth of 3 to 5mm,and clusters of herpes The top point was punctured;the two groups of treatments were treated once every 4 days,and after 3 treatments(about 10 days),the results were statistically evaluated;and the daily oral administration of valacyclovir tablets 300 mg two times each day,vitamin B1 10mg three times each day.Another group of Medicine group oral valacyclovir hydrochloride 300mg two times each day,vitamin B110mg three times each day as a control group.The most painful degree was recorded everyday before and after treatment and within the past 24 hours;the immediate analgesic effect was recorded to evaluate the analgesic effect;the comprehensive efficacy score was recorded before treatment and after one course of treatment to evaluate the comprehensive effect.Conclusion:Compared with the group which only use medicine,both experimental groups were able to effectively reduce the pain level after a single operation,and the Cupping and Medicine group was significantly better than the Fire Needle and Medicine group(p<0.05).The cupping was accelerated in the healing of the skin blisters,the improvement of the skin lesions and the shortening of the disease course compared with the control group.Medicine group and Fire Needle and Medicine group were significantly better than the control group(p<0.05);cupping+western medicine group had obvious advantages in reducing blister and promoting blister wound scarring(p<0.05),but there is no significant difference between the two experimental groups in promoting the loss of molting.
