Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Fire Needle Combined With Plum Blossom Needle In Treating Herpes Zoster

Objective:This trial observes the clinical effects of two external treatment methods of fire needle and plum blossom needle for patients with herpes zoster,and compares it with the treatment of fili-needle surrounding acupuncture,to discover new treatment options and provide some data for the clinical treatment of the disease in the future stand by.Methods: A total of 62 patients with herpes zoster who met the research criteria of this subject were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 31 cases each.The treatment group was treated with fire acupuncture combined with plum blossom acupuncture.Fire acupuncture took Ashi point and the corresponding segment of the skin lesion Jiaji Acupoint acupuncture,plum-blossom needles select the herpes at one end of herpes along the intercostal nerve distribution area for percussion along the meridian,every 3 days a cycle,3 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses;the control group chooses the centrifugal needle surrounding acupuncture method,every other day a cycle,5 times as a course of treatment,and a total of 2 courses.Observe and record the VAS scores,comprehensive efficacy scores,and HAMA Hamilton anxiety scale scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.During the treatment,the time to stop blistering,crusting time,and scab removal of the patients were recorded,and follow-up after the end of treatment Record the incidence of sequelae neuralgia in the two groups of patients,summarize the total effective rate of the two groups,and perform statistics and analysis on the results.Result:1.Before treatment,after comparison between groups,the VAS score,comprehensive efficacy score and HAMA anxiety scale score of the two groups of patients were P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the scale data of the two groups before treatment was balanced and comparable.2.After treatment:(1)Comparison within the group: compare the VAS score,comprehensive efficacy score and HAMA Hamilton anxiety scale score of the two groups of patients with the same group before treatment.After testing,all P<0.05,there is a statistical difference,indicating two The treatment plan of the group can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.(2)Comparison between groups: After 2 courses of treatment,the treatment group was compared with the control group in terms of VAS score,blister-stopping time,scab-relieving time,crusting time,comprehensive curative effect score,and HAMA Hamilton anxiety scale score compared with the control group.All P<0.05 after testing,There are statistical differences.3.Follow up on the second week,fourth week,and sixth week after the end of the entire trial treatment,and record the incidence of sequelae neuralgia.The incidence of sequelae neuralgia in the treatment group and the control group were 16.67% and 40.00%,respectively,P <0.05,statistically significant.4.Comparison of the total effective rate at the end of treatment: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion: The fire needle combined with plum-blossom needle group is better than the filiform needle peripheral acupuncture group in terms of reducing the pain of patients with herpes zoster,promoting the recovery of skin lesions,improving the clinical symptoms,adjusting the patient’s anxiety state,and reducing the incidence of sequelae neuralgia.The treatment is safe and effective.The side effects are practical and it is worthy of clinical promotion and use of this therapy.
