The Comparative Study Of Specificity Rules And Characteristics Of Clinical Diseases Of Different Moxibustion Based On Data Mining

Objective:Using data mining to extract the journal article,dissertations,conference papers relating the Moxibustion from multifarious literature database system, and analyze the genera,diseases,point selection principles of different moxibustion for disease in comparion by eliminating,screening,concluding, summarizing. To discuss the rules and characters of specific effects of the different moxibustion and provide reliable clinical evidence for the application of different moxibustion in clinic.Methods:1 The Moxibustion literature as research object, determine the scope of literature selection, retrive and select the literature related Moxibustion by computer retrieval and artificial screening based on China hownet. According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, to download valid ducuments of the research for including and dealing with the relevant information.2 According to the information characteristics of the Moxibustion, establishment of an independent network database platform of the Moxibustion literature, input relevant literature information. Literature database recorded the journal name, documents title, source of genera, cases of disease, acupuncture points, drugs, treatment and curative effect and other detailed information. Selected collection of the Moxibustion and the Fire needle therapy literature type, specification information of the input, formulated and unified the input, corrected the database platform,s unscientific entries.3 According to the requirement of standard setting and specification, input by the Moxibustion based on related papers, dissertations, medical books and information and data, shall carry out the three stage audit system modification and audit strictly according to law to reduce error.4 The set of acupoint application therapy and proper relations between diseases and genera, disease and the Moxibustion selection, disease and acupoint selection and disease genera and therapeutic effect, use of a comprehensive, statistics, analysis of OLAP technology to the database, and finally form the results data in the form of a professional report, query results are provided to the researchers,and do the system evaluation on the result data based on the principles and methods of evidence-based medicine.Results:1 According to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were entry journal articles important conference papers and dissertations, involving 2516 Moxibustion literature.The moxa sick,moxa cone,moxa device moxibustion were used in all the subjects,respectly,frequency for 1589,549,243 and 135 times.The moxa stick moxibustion were applied more widely than other three kinds of moxibustion.Through the statistical analysis and collection of computer technology, in terms of selected point priciple of Moxibustion therapy for diseases,near selected point principle and far selected point principle were given priority to.Curative effect analysis showed that the total effective rate of different moxibustion treatment for diseases were above of 87%, and the moxibustion treatment for diseases is significant.2 Through the statistical collection and analysis of computer technology, in the study, clinical observational study occupied the main part of the data sources, randomized controlled and clinical controlled researches were less. The advantage diseases of four kinds of Moxibustion(moxa stick,moxa cone,moxa device and the warm needling technique)were respectly Facial paralysis, Diarrhea, Waist and Leg pain, Crane knee wind. According to the statistic analysis,the curative effect of the warm needling technique for Facial paralysis was not better than other three moxibustion,but for Diarrhea, Waist and Leg pain and Crane knee wind was superior to the other three kinds of Moxibustion.3 Of 2516 included literatures,articles related to the moxa stick moxibustion with 1589 references,including articles related to the thermal moxibustion with 48. In the included literatures,the generals were involved in frequency of Thermal Moxibustion from high to low as surgery, internal medicine, dermatology, paediatrics and gynaecology.In the statistical diseases of general,the number of diseases in the internal medicine was 12, surgery 5,gynaecology 1,paediatrics 2 and dermatology 2;Analyzing the treatment time of thermal moxibustion in the 48 included literatures,most of was above of 20 min,and the curative effect of the thermal moxibustion with the effect of “propagated sensation along the meridians ” was remarkable,such as “Diatheranous”, “Thermal transmission” and so on.Conclusions:1 In clinical application, different moxibustion methods with various advantages in dermatology, surgery, internal medicine, surgery, gynecology and pediatrics six genera, the moxa stick and moxa cone Moxibustion is applied more in the internal medicine,moxa device and the warm needling technique more in the surgery.On the Curative effect, the efficient of four kinds of moxibustion are high, and the curative effect of moxa stick and moxa device moxibustion in dermatology is better than in other general,and of moxa stick and the warm needling in pediatrics is better.Combined the collection and analysis of input data with the characteristics of clinical patients in the different general as to guide clinical practice for the different moxibustion effectively.2 Along with the thousands of years of history of moxibustion,the different moxibustion including four kinds of moxibustion(moxa stick moxibustion,moxa cone moxibustion,moxa device moxibustion and the warm needling technique).Moxibustion effectively combines the pharmacological properties of fragrant sheen and Wen Tong meridians of moxa leaf with the effects of the “warming” while moxa leaf burning.The curative effect of moxibustion treatment for Facial paralysis.diarrhea,lumbar and leg pain, elbow and knee awelling pain due to exogenous cold and meridians bizu is obvious,and it embodies the common advantage of different moxibustion with the effect of “Warming and activating meridian,eliminating pathogenic cold”on the efficacy.Meanwhile the warm needling treatment for elbow and knee pain and lumbor and leg pain due to “meridians bizu” with remarkable curative effect can achieve to the "Wen Tong" effect of moxibustion by combining with the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion.3 In the included literature related to thermal moxibustion of 48,through the analysis of computer technology for the input data of the thermal moxibustion, the thermal moxibustion can improve the curative effect of moxa stick moxibustion drastically,and with the thermal moxibustion the emphasis is more on “the curative time of moxibustion ”, “feeling of moxibustion”, and “the choice of thermosensive spots.During the therapeutic process of thermal moxibustion therapy,there is certain relevance between the curative time of moxibustion and the feeling of the moxibustion achieved after determining the thermosensitive spots.The feeling of moxibustion depends on the lenghth of the curative time of moxibustion,mostly in 30 to 40 minutes. The thermal moxibustion need to achieve the effect of “propagated sensation along the meridians ”and even more intense feeling of moxibustion to cure the diseases.In the input data,the thermal moxibustion is only applied to five genera including Surgery, internal medicine, dermatology, paediatrics and gynecology.The application of the thermal moxibustion in clinic is limited and the diseases is less,so need the further research and clinical evidence to guide the clinical practice.
