Thermal Moxibustion In Treatment Of Surrounding Facial Paralysis Recovery Shi Jiu Time And Curative Effect Observation

Objective: By observing the different shi jiu treatment clinical curative effect of peripheral vertigo patients with facial paralysis recovery time difference,to explore the thermal moxibustion of moxibustion therapy amount and the relationship between the clinical curative effect,and provide experimental data for related staff.Methods: From the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture clinics and wards in the hospital of the xinjiang uygur autonomous region hospital selected into standard peripheral vertigo patients with facial paralysis recovery method of 93 cases randomly divided into three groups.Treatment group(32 cases)with acupuncture was thermal moxibustion therapy and control group(31 cases)1 to cooperate acupuncture traditional suspended moxibustion therapy and control group(30 cases)2 acupuncture with warm acupuncture treatment.Find out the treatment method for three group were consistent,acupuncture after three groups are taking to yifeng hole into mild moxibustion,thanks to the moxibustion time is respectively:(1),The treatment group: shi jiu the time for each hole moxibustion feeling disappear,time limit for 60 minutes,the lower limit for 30 minutes).(2),Control group 1: the moxibustion time is 15 minutes per time;(3),Treatment group 2:take yifeng point temperature acupuncture,moxibustion time of 15 minutes per time.Three groups of treatment of 10 to 1 treatment course,treatment 2 period of treatment,rest 5 between two period of treatment.Before and after treatment in both the House-Brackmann facial nerve grading scale and FDI facial deformity index scale score evaluate curative effect.Results: In 93 patients(treatment group 2,a control group 1)depigmentation treatment process,include treatment over three groups 30 cases each.(1),the overall effect: the above three kinds of treatment are good,the treatment group curative effect is superior to control group 1 level control 2 group,curative effect difference between three groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2),before andafter treatment were the House-Brackmann facial nerve grading compared with FDIP physical function score,the curative effect of treatment group is superior to the control 1group and control group 2,three groups was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),and one of FDIS function score in social life more difference between the three groups have no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(3)treatment process in three groups of cases have no obvious adverse reactions;Conclusion:(1),And three types of therapy are effective for the treatment of wind and cold type;(2),Thermal acupoints moxibustion therapy in treatment of surrounding facial paralysis recovery is better than that of warm acupuncture and traditional suspension;(3),Adequate amount of moxibustion can obviously improve the curative effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy.
