The Comparative Study Of Specificity Rules And Characteristics Of Clinical Diseases Between The Moxibustion And The Fire Needle Therapy Based On Data Mining

Objective:Using data mining technology to collect and conclude the journals, medical records and medical literature related the Moxibustion and the Fire needle therapy, to analyze Genera utility ratio,the frenquency of clinical disease and the different clinical disease of the clinical genera,to discuss the specificity rules and characteristics of clinical disease and effect for scientific decision for clinical treatment.Methods:1 The Moxibustion and the Fire needle therapy literature as the research objects, determine the scope of the document collection. By computer retrieval and artificial screening of acupoint application therapy two ways of collecting and sorting relevant journal articles, dissertations and conference papers, on the basis of literature inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to deal with documents.2 According to the information characteristics of the Moxibustion and the Fire needle therapy, establishment of an independent network database platform of the Moxibustion literature and the Fire needle therapy literature, input relevant literature information. Literature database recorded the journal name, volume, the author, the author unit, the basic information such as pages, and documents the title, source of genera, cases of disease, acupuncture points, drugs, treatment and curative effect and other detailed information. Selected collection of the Moxibustion and the Fire needle therapy literature type, specification information of the input, formulated and unified the database platform, s imperfect and unscientific entries.3 According to the requirement of standard setting and specification, input by the Moxibustion and the Fire needle therapy based on related papers, dissertations, medical books and information and data, shall carry out the three stage audit system modification and audit strictly according to law.4 The set of acupoint application therapy and proper relations between the information diseases, diseases and genera, disease and the Moxibustion selection, disease and he Fire needle therapy and disease genera and therapeutic effect, use of a comprehensive, statistics, analysis of OLAP technology to the database, and finally form the results data in the form of a professional report, query results are provided to the researchers.Results:1 According to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were entry journal articles important conference papers, dissertations, involving 2516 Moxibustion literature and 605 Fire Needle Therapy literature.Through the statistical analysis of computer technology, data of fire needle Therapy and moxibustion literature involving dermatology, surgery, internal medicine, otolaryngology and eye, gynecology, pediatrics six genera, including 193 diseases of moxibustion treatment, 109 diseases of fire needle treatment.The utility rate of moxibustion was highest in department of internal medicine and surgery, which were 43. 6%and 28. 1%,respectively: the utility rate of fire needling was highest in surgery and dermatological department,which were 53. 7% and 23.8%,respectively.2 According to the comparison and analysis on diseases treated by two therapies in clinical,among 26 kinds of gynecology diseases that were treated by moxibustion, 20 kinds were not involved with fire needling: among 22 kinds of pediatrics diseries that were treated by moxibustion, 20 kinds were not involved with fire needling. It was certain that the difference of the two therapies in clinical application was more significant in gynecology and pediatrics than that in the rest four departments.Among the diseases which had differences in clinical practice in eachdepartment,the ones involved with moxibustion alone were insomnia, distention and fullness, consumptive fatigue in the department of internal medicine,blood-vessel Bi,stiff neck and hernia in surgery department, urticarial,skin Bi and skin cancer in dermatological department,malposition, infertility and amenorrhea in gynecology department, diarrhea, indigestion and stomachache in pediatrics department,blepharoptosis, blurred vision and dryness syndrome in ENT department:the ones involved with fire needling alone were numbness,coldness syndrome and acute renal colic in the department of internal medicine, lipoma, soft tissue injury and papilloma in surgery department,bromhidrosis, freckle and erysipelas in dermatological department, uterine fibroid in gynecology department,umbilicalpolyp in pediatrics department,auricle pseudocyst,starred nebula and phlegmatic mass in ENT department.3 Clinical application frequency of Moxibustion and Fire needle therapy on the high side, were involved in 3 diseases including certification certificate, cervical spondylosis, snake strand sore. Fire needle therapy for healing rate and total effective rate of the three kinds of diseases were higher than that of moxibustion, and Fire needle therapy and moxibustion treatment of three kinds of disease, the total effective rate of over 95%, difference is less than 5%. Two kinds of treatment cure rate differences, up to 20%.Conclusions:1 Moxibustion and Fire needle therapy involving multiple clinical genera,used widely in the clinic and curative effect both have advantages. Moxibustion in internal medical and surgical applications is more, and Fire needle therapy more applications in surgery and dermatology.In gynecology and pediatrics clinical application, the application of moxibustion is more widely than Fire needle Therapy.2 In the diferent clinical diseases between of Moxibustion and Fire needle Therapy,Moxibustion is more applied to cure diseases that the common clinical manifestations is deficiency syndrome symptoms and should adjust body conditioning.So it shows therapeutic effect of “removing”.Fire needle Therapy is more widely applied to cure diseases that Local symptom is more obvious,and it reflects therapeutic effect of “wentong”.3 The advantage diseases which have clinical application value and Clinical application frequency on the high side include certification certificate,cervical spondylosis, snake strand sore,and the overall curative effect of Fire needle therapy to treat three advantages is better than that of moxibustion. Therefore,the advantage of Fire needle Therapy is dual therapeutic effect of combination of needle and moxibustion,and Moxibustion is based on removing as the main treatment effects on the body.
