Objective:The Purpose of this by exploring Phlegm-Fire type of insomnia in ethe etiology and pathogenesis, and the treatment Jia Wei Jia Wei Huang Lian Wen Dan Particles Phlegm-Fire type of insomnia in clinical observation, to reveal that Jia Wei Huang Lian Wen Dan Particles phlegm-Fire type insomnia treatment of the mechanism and effectiveness。Methods:In this study, the clinical phlegm-Fire type selected50patients with Insomnia。Group was treated with Jia Wei Huang lian Wen dan Particles which is accorded to national standard of syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine determined course of treatment for4weeks。 Observed before and after treatment both groups PSQJ Sleep Scale and TCM symptom rating scale changes。Calculated by subtracting fractions before and after to evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatment of insomnia。Results:After treatment the two groups in the PSQI Sleep Scale and TCM symptom scale score in both improved compared with before treatment, and the treatment group in improving the phlegm-Fire type of Chinese medicine in patients with insomnia symptoms significantly better than the control group。Jia Wei Huang Lian Wen Dan Particles shows not only has a good role in the improvement of insomnia, but also can improve insomnia upset irritability, phlegm sticky mouth, mouth pain bad breath, poor memory, tinnitus and other symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine is verified by Jia Wei Huang Lian Wen Dan Particles Treatment phlegm-Fire type of insomnia in the correctness and effectiveness。Conclusion:Jia Wei Huang Lian Wen Dan Particles not only can treat phlegm-Fire type of insomnia, but also can improve the physical immunity and the quality of life of patients, which verified Jia Wei Huang Lian Wen Dan Particles has a unique advantage in conditioning disorders organs function.
