Survey Of Asthma Controlled Status Quo Of Pediatric Outpatient Asthma Patients

Objective:To evaluate bronchial asthma control status in pediatric outpatients of the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university,and the asthma control status in patients with asthma stratified analysis. Methods:We investigated patients have been diagnosed with asthma visiting our pediatric out-patient department from December2012to April2013by doctors and patients face to face questionnaire survey,including demographic data,merging rhinitis and asthma control status,etc.Collected102cases of asthma patients,among which68cases were Han children and34cases were Uygur children;16cases of2-4years old and86cases of>4~16;28cases combined allergic rhinitis,the survey results are statistics. Results:According to the standard of GINA and asthma control test showed102cases of asthma,the well-controlled accounted for58.82%and the uncontrolled accounted for41.18%.The asthma control level of Uighur asthma patients is lower than the Han nationality patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The asthma control level of2to4years old in patients with asthma is lower than>4to16years old asthma control,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The asthma control level of asthma associated with allergic rhinitis is lower than that of Simple asthma,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Childhood asthma control is not ideal,the controlled rate has not reached the GINA guidelines require,how to establish effective management and treatment modalities to improve the standardization of the proportion of patients, improve children asthma control level is currently facing important issues. In addition, different ethnic, age and whether merger allergic rhinitis, the asthma control are different,suggesting that different ethnic,age and whether merger allergic rhinitis may be factors of asthma control.
