The Clinical Research Of Yishen Juanbi Pill On Knee Joint Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Juanbipill patients with knee osteoarthritieatment, to provide a more precise clinical evidence for Chinese medicine treatment of osteoarthritis.Methods:According to the standard,60patients with the KOA were divided into treatment group and control group at random, treatment group is30cases and control group is30cases. The treatment group took Yishen Juanbipill and the control group took Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules. Meanwhile, the two groups were given Meloxicam Tablets. The course of treatment is4weeks. To observe the VAS score, WOMAC score, the main symptoms/signs evaluation and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment.Result:1. After treatment, VAS scores compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(treatment group P<0.01, control group P<0.05). Two groups, the difference was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05).2. WOMAC scores between the two groups after treatment, compared with before treatment, pain、stiffness、function score and total score were statistically significant(P<0.01). Groups compared to the stiff condition score after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).3. After treatment, the main symptoms and signs of patients with pre-treatment scores, statistical differences(treatment group P<0.01, control groupP<0.05). After treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).4. The clinical comparison of two groups:the treatment group, the total effective rate is93.3%, the control group’s total effective rate is90%, the clinical efficacy was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Juanbi pill treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee has a very significant effect, can effectively relieve joint pain, stiffness, swelling etc. And it has high safety, easy to carry andsoon merit.
