Clinical Efficacy Of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction Combination With Glucosamine Hydrochloride On The Wind-cold-dampness Type Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To explore the clinical study on the treatment of the wind-cold-dampness and deficiency of liver and kidney type knee osteoarthritis by Duhuo Jisheng decoction combination with glucosamine hydrochloride.Methods:The case was from June 2014 to June 2016.the patients with the wind-cold-dampness and deficiency of liver and kidney type knee osteoarthritis in the hospital of the chinese hospital of longyan,fujian university of traditional chinese medicine,the number of patients eligible for inclusion criteria was 90,there were 45 cases in the treatment group and 45 in the control group,the two groups of basic treatment were the quadriceps muscle function of about 25min daily,the treatment group took Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with amino glucose capsules,In the control group,glucosamine hydrochloride capsules were used,continuous oral medication and basic treatment for 12 weeks,the results showed that the pain score,the number of pressure points and the change of knee joint activity were observed in the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in gender,age and course of disease(P>0.05),the two sets of data are comparable,no cases were excluded during the treatment,the two groups showed significant improvement in pain score,pressure point count and knee motion measurement after treatment(P<0.01),after treatment,the overall efficacy of the two groups was compared,5 cases were controlled by the treatment group,26 were developed,10 were effective and 5 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.9%,control group controlled 2 cases,16 cases were developed,16 were effective,10 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 77.8%,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),the overall effect of the treatment group was statistically different from the control group,no adverse reactions were found during the study.Conclusions:The Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with glucosamine hydrochloride can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the wind-cold-dampness and deficiency of liver and kidney type knee osteoarthritis,the effect of Chinese medicine decoction was significantly higher than that of isolated western medicine,but the long-term clinical efficacy was still to be further studied.
