Objective: To reduce the incidence of autism and provide the reference data forthree-step-prevention, the study of prevalence and lineage of childhood autism (agefrom2to6) in Hengyang city is analyzed here.Methods: The samples for this study are collected from38kindergartens inHengyang city by using random cluster sampling, subsequently, the CABRS andquestionnaire of influencing factors involved are applied to identify potential ASDspatients. Then, the DSM-IV and CARS are employed to evaluate the situations ofthese children, and the statistical analysis is finally obtained based on these data. First,we analyze these data by χ2test.Then, multivariate logistic regression modified by theprincipal component analysis, using SPSS19.0statistical software for statisticalanalysis.Results:1.The incidence of childhood autism is59.7per10thousands in thisresearch specifically, the incidence of boy is91.7per10thousands, the incidence ofgirl is22.0per10thousands.2.Analysis results of single factor to ASD relatedinfluencing factors:(1)factor of family basic situation:childhood ASD gender,child-bearing age of parents, the type of mothers’character, the history of mothers’abortions, the occupational history of father’s, the history of genetic disease;(2) basicsituation of the mother during pregnancy:passive smoking during pregnancy,computer working during pregnancy, medication during pregnancy, emotionalfluctuation during pregnancy period;(3)disease of the mother during pregnancyprenatal viral cold;(4)basic situation at the time of birth: pregnancy week, asphyxiaand jaundice of the newborns as well as crying and skin color of born (P <0.05).3.Multiple factors analysis according to the results: childhood ASD gender (OR=3.860,95%CI=1.594-9.346),the occupational history of father’s (OR=4.307,95%CI=1.965-9.439),the history of mothers’ abortions (OR=28.619,95%CI=12.927-63.361),the history of genetic disease(OR=44.970,95%CI=12.280-164.678),computer working during pregnancy (OR=5.045,95%CI=2.239-11.367).There havebeen statistical significances in regards to the distributional differences (P<0.05).Conclusion: The incidence of childhood autism among2-6age children who accessto mainstream education in Hengyang city is similar to the figures reported by foreigninstitutions. In addition, Childhood ASD gender, the occupational history of father’s,the history of mothers’ abortions, the history of genetic disease, computer workingduring pregnancy may arise the occurrence of the ASD.
