Clinical Observation Of Danggui Sini Decoction With Acupuncture On Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Objectivethis thesis studies danggui sini decoction with Acupuncture and the Conventional therapy on Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis, evaluates the curative effects before and after treatment referring to the clinical and laboratory examination, so as to provide better therapy for the treatment of this disease.Method60cases with Scapulohumeral Periarthritis were collected and randomly divided into treatment and control groups, the control group was treated with conventional therapy, while the treatment group was treated with Conventional therapy and the danggui sini decoction with Acupuncture. Therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the clinical manifestation and laboratory test before and after reatment between the two groups.Resultclinical therapeutic efect analysis of JOA after treatment in the two groups, there was significant difference between the two group (P<0.05). after the treatment, the level of WBC, IL-1, ESR of each group was both lower than that of the before (P<0.01), but the decrease margin in the treated group was more significant than that of the controlled group,(P<0.05). there was no toxic and side effects during treatment.ConclusionThe danggui sini decoction with Acupuncture therapy has much better curative effect than the Conventional therapy for the Scapulohumeral Periarthritis,particularly for the improvement in clinical symptoms and reduce pain.
