Clinical Observation Of Modified Danggui Sini Decoction Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fu Migation In Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Danggui Sini decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:Selection of Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital endocrine division in January 2019-October 2019 hospitalized patients in the clinical research into standard 60 patients with DPN were divided into control group and treatment group 30 cases.Basic treatment:diabetes education,diabetes diet,exercise,insulin hypoglycemic treatment;The control group was given lipoic acid injection,mecobalamin tablets.Treatment group on the basis of the control group combined with modified Danggui Sini decoction oral treatment and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.Course of treatment 14 days.To observe the changes of nerve conduction velocity index,Toronto score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment.Results:1.Nerve conduction velocity:After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity indexes of the two groups were improved after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The index of nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Toronto score:After treatment,the Toronto score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The change of Toronto score in the treatment group after treatment was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The TCM syndrome score and The effective rate of TCM syndrome:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups of patients after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The change of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndrome was 70.0%in the control group and 93.3%in the treatment group.The improvement of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:Modified Danggui Sini decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis DPN has a significant clinical effect,which can improve the nerve conduction velocity,reduce the Toronto score,and reduce the total score of TCM syndromes.Improve the curative effect of TCM syndrome,and all of them are better than the simple western medicine treatment.
