In the blood stasis syndrome score, lower extremity varicose veins VCSS grading, and lower extremity varicose veins clinical symptoms experimental group were better than the control group. ConclusionWenTong and blood-activation therapy can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the function of some of its activities for the knee osteoarthritis with varicose veins of lower limbs, especially in the scope of activities to improve knee flexion and extension and flexion limt more obvious compared with controls, and can effectively improve the blood stasis symptoms, decrease the clinical VCSS score lower extremity varicose veins. Showing WenTong huoxue method is one of the effective methods of traditional Chinese medicine for treating knee osteoarthritis with lower extremity varicose veins, deserves further research and development and utilization.
